A real cartridge of it, for the roms, i don't need help at all, i just need a real cart of US version.
I can't buy it at all, my parents won't leave me buying a second time the same game.

NO$GBA supports BIN files...
And VBA e-Reader can convert BIN to RAW.

You know, you don't need to send the save file, if you did that on the Europe version of the game, use my save file (it's on caitsith2's website), which have working Level Card access.

But remember, you can't access to e-levels without e-level data in the save, they are not in the ROM, the only things that are on the ROM, are the new enemies and objects used in those e-levels.
And also, you can play those e-levels on NO$GBA, which is pretty good.

BIN format of levels :

The empty level card, have no level data at all, if there's a "ASR0", it's to know where you should replace data with the compressed level.
When you compress a level, you have a file with the compressed level with ASR0 at the start, but it's not ready to be played as a Level Card yet...
Use a hex editor, copy the data of the new compressed level, and overwrite (NOT INSERT) the data on the Empty Level Card at the ASR0.
Save as a new file your new Level Card.
And NO$GBA supports BIN files.

C'est pas possible due à la limitation du jeu. On est limités a 32 niveaux (+1 non finie). Et t'es pas obligé de mettre du "LOL" et un "I am ZE GOOD FRENCH", ça va donner envie aux admins de te bannir. Et surtout, apprends l'anglais, t'en auras vraiment besoin...

I wish i could work with the ROM, but i don't even know GBA's THUMBS...
If it was SNES's ASM, the problem would be different for me. (I'm not very good at ASM, but enough to do something simple.)

I can only work on Level Cards.
I still have some problems with e-levels, but well ^^

Avec VBA, oublie les switchs, tu ne peux pas en mettre.
Pour le SAV, donne lui le meme nom que la ROM, par exemple :
Si la ROM s'appelle :
Super Mario Advance 4 (E).gba
La sav doit s'appeler :
Super Mario Advance 4 (E).sav

Par contre, s'il te plait, ne pose plus de questions, j'aimerais que tu comprennes par toi même, grandis un peu !

Random question: is there any way to port GBA save files to actual GBA cartridges? I'd love nothing more than to play the e-reader levels on my actual GBA/DS/Gamecube without having to sit in front of my PC.


If you have a DS, can you launch DS homebrews ?
If yes, use GBA Backup Tool, it does what you want.

Mod ? You can't mod the DS. A linker (R4, M3 Real...) can do all the things you want without modding the DS.
If i can advise you which linker you should take, it would be the M3 Real, or the M3i Zero, the R4 got too many clones, and is obselete, and don't get the N5.

BIN and RAW are different format.
For now, you can only create Level Cards in BIN format via Hex Editor, a decompressor and a compressor.
