Those are actually dark brown outlines.
Again, two things in this update: 1: 
Title screen. The text at the top has a color animation. 2: I've started a new level, called "Crazy Canyon": 
As you see, there's a lot going on in this desert level (it has Pokeys, Money Moles, Volcano Lotuses, and fireballs!). 
Use the P-switch to get the Yoshi coin up there.

There's a sort of back-story behind this, but here goes:
I flew in for a vacation today, and there was a snowstorm at the airport where I landed. A news team decided to do an article about it, and then they incorporated a few other things in as well (people waiting for other people, flight delays, and such). They chose to interview my grandmother, whom my parents and I were visiting, while she was waiting for us to come, and then they showed a clip of us showing up! Hahahaha. I don't think so.
