I'm assuming that the only windows that are barred are the ones for the restaurant.
I use the elevator to transport everyone to the 9th floor. I then break the window and everyone climbs down the fire escape (one is holding the baby while climbing down). SITUATION: You are trapped in a room, that is 200 feet from the ground, with a catgirl. Your only item is a long rope and a coat hook that is ready to be attached to a wall. The walls are made of metal and as such, cannot be broken, and there is no door (what sort of room is this?!). There is an open window. LIMITATIONS: All real-life physics and movement models apply. You do not have any magical/special abilites/powers. You may only use the items in the room.
