Danielle is good. Miss Danielle is nice too, because only one person calls me that and I <3 it.

Sexy has a nice ring to it, as well.

I don't mind my name, but I hated it as a kid -- nobody would ever get it right.

Nobody gets it right still, but that's okay, I just ignore everyone that calls me Karen, Sharon, Pam, Fern, Helen or... Shaun

People couldn't get Taryn?! I didn't think that name was challenging.

I often get called Daniel, because people don't read the end of my name. Oh well.

I've been completely sucked into this book as of late. All of my free time is spent reading it, it's sooooo good. I'm almost done with it though, and I'll be sad when it's over. 8(

Everyone at my school is extremely excited for this... if it's any good, I might take my nephews to go see it. They need some TMNT influence, considering I LOVED them as a kid.

I have a 2004 Mazda 3, with just 8000 miles on it.

BEAUTIFUL.

But I work my ass off to make the payments + insurance + gas + maintenance for that thing. You can only make so much money at an after school part time job.

So I won't need a new car for (hopefully) a very long time.

What happens when something in that car breaks?

I fix it?

I have a savings account from whatever amount of my checks I put away... with more than enough to do repairs, so long as I don't (knock on wood) total the whole thing. But ideally, that money will be spent on a long awaited trip to London, and college.

Kas: Yeah, I'm lucky. I love my car. And for it being new, it was incredibly cheap. ~12,500 brand new, with power everything, A/C, etc. It was a great deal. And I get discounts on my insurance because I'm a good student, and have a clean (knock on wood again) record of no tickets or accidents. And I get almost 30 mpg city driving, which is pretty damn good.

The book I'm reading has a character in it with a last name containing three Zs, and is also Italian... I WONDER IF THAT'S IT?!

I don't get it... colds are pretty common. Just suck it up and go, buy some medicine when you get there. Not going on a field trip like that because you're sneezing is... stupid.

What you have just sounds like a standard cold, not the flu... and you didn't mention a fever. What's the point of antibiotics? Over-the-counter medicine will give you the same results. I never understood why people go to the doctor when they catch a simple cold... it seems like a waste to me.

I'm too lazy to make my page cool. It's been in its current state since acmlmwiki was created, and I don't even remember who wrote the content on there.

It's quite depressing.

I shut down most nights. The only time I keep my computer up and running is if I have a download going, or I need to do something in the morning before I leave for school. Otherwise, my computer is turned off when I go to bed, and turned on when I get home from school.

Random question; do you feed Green Day?

!

Nope I don't. And long time no see Tatrion, you're not around as much as you used to be. 8(

I agree with you Kles... I've pulled a few all-nighters, but I'm EXHAUSTED at the end of them. Zombie-like, even. People claim to go 3 days without sleeping, and I just can't believe it. I know I'd never be able to do that.

I started out just talking online to people I know IRL, but eventually I got to know people on message boards. FOR EXAMPLE, I met YD at another forum, got to know her, and she brought me here. When I spent time here, I got to know a ton of kickass people that I now talk to regularly. IRC is also a good way of talking to people, and if you find someone that you can actually carry on conversations with, add them to AIM or MSN, whatever it is you use. I have about 100 buddies on AIM, but I only regularly talk to about 10 of them... the rest are folks that I only talk to every once in a while.

Just get to know people around here, it's a good start. And you'll find that there are a lot of great people that hang out here

I appear to have arrived a little late in this thread.

My avatar is a giant face of a chick that does not look amused. It came about because I think baby chicks are the cutest things ever, especially this picture. And it used to match my layout, but the privilege to use a layout was BRUTALLY RIPPED AWAY FROM ME 8(

The weather here yesterday was wacky. It started out sprinkling, then it got really hot, then it got cloudy again so that it kept getting dark as clouds passed under the sun and light once they passed it, and then it randomly poured for 5 minutes... and then it was sunny again.

I just got my 250gb external drive, so moving all my torrent stuff and music to it freed up a ton of space on my (tiny) 40gb internal hard drive.

I did spring cleaning in January!

You're a woman, so answer this please.

Can you really have orgasm upon orgasm upon orgasm?

Well I'm not going to speak for all of the female race, but I personally can orgasm more than once if I want to.
