Sorry to break the trend of the ball-kicking debate, but I don't really know any assholes. The internet doesn't count, since anyone who tries to act the asshole over the internet in no way affects the other people's lives in real life. Everyone I know has certain traits, and some of them can get annoying, but no one goes out of their way to ruin someone else's life. I suppose it comes with the whole college thing and all. ____________________ |

Posted by elbobelo Actually, are you restricted to only having the same tiles available and altering Sonic's palette, or are you doing it for simplicity's sake? If the latter, then you'll want to make the stomach and arms black with a white tuft on the chest, reverse his second and third spikes, change his shoes, and make it mostly black with red highlights. If the former, than you mine as well leave Shadow out. =P ____________________ |

You know, instead of repeatedly telling him to learn on his own, you could always not answer him. It would either teach him to learn for himself, or drive him out of the community all the faster. All I know is that repeatedly answering this kids questions is simply delaying the final result; this kid leaving the community of his own whim or a moderator's whim. ____________________ |

Does anyone else have trouble remembering exactly what happened in the Half Blood Prince besides the obvious? I try to think about it, and all that really jumps out at me are the death and Harry hooking up with Ginny. =/ ____________________ |

They look great, but the graphic styles for the different levels contrast to much. Perhaps if you gave the ship and pyramid more of a Yoshi's Island feel to them (more cartoony, cell shading). ____________________ |

If the rest of the game works on a similar basis to the opening part, it will get boring quickly. The level design, while not ridiculously difficult like lots of people seem to like doing these days, is mostly boring looking, and appears to be entirely linear. Also, using the smiling princess behind a spiked wall to show her being held prisoner was silly. It doesn't mean that this project will fail in the end, but unless you make some changes the chances are going to remain. *The above was merely the opinion of some random forum goer, and in now way answers the quoted question in the place of Grey Megatron. Also, Brawl needs more Geno. ____________________ |

I'm sad and/or mad.
I've been meaning to buy a mod chip for my PS2 for a while now, and had saved up the extra money for it. When low and behold, when mentioning as much on our school's DC++ hub, another member said that he was looking to sell a DMS4 EZI (no soldering). I said I would look into it later, and time went on, and I looked into it. Finally, I agreed to buy it, forked over $65, and brought the kit home with me. So I took the PS2 apart (I hate unscrewing screws), downloaded a tutorial, and went to connect everything, when low and behold, there's a disconnect. I've got the BIOS and DSP clips, the eject triggers, and the wires: BUT THERE IS NO MOD CHIP! I've been trying to get in touch with this guy all night, and he's not answering anything. I have a feeling that the dip shit pulled a fast one on me. And if he did, that will show something for his intelligence, since it's not smart to do this to someone who lives only two dorms down the road from you and do it in front of his head resident who I work with. If it was an honest mistake, fine, but this is really pissing me off. Not even the newest Yugioh! Abridged episode is cheering me up. This sucks. ____________________ |
