Last view: 2702 days 		Exactly what it says on the tin. Your ROM doesn't have a 0x200 byte header.
Open your ROM in a hex editor, add 0x200 (that's 512 in decimal) bytes before the actual data and save your ROM. Now your ROM is 512 bytes bigger than it was a minute ago but it works with zcompress.

I honestly don't know what's the deal with the tool requiring a headered ROM, since it doesn't really serve a purpose.
