That asus board might be crossfire ready if it has 2 x16 slots but I wouldn't take the risk of it not being crossfire ready unless the specs states so. Check the manufacturer's site.

As for tests of crossfire, I've read that they're not really worth it. The improvements aren't as big as one would think compared to a single card.

But each to his own, I guess.

I changed from AMD to Intel with my latest upgrade. Intel has the best peformance right now. And they don't get as warm as AMD ones, I think. Plus, you can overlock Intel processors better.

Welcome to the land of resetting the game a million times. I had a similar issue in Pearl where I just went through the game so damn fast, I ended up grossly under-levelled at the Elite 4. Although, I -did- buy like 30 Full Restores and 10 Revives for the whole damn thing.


Only 10 revives? Why not more?

I beat The Guardian Legend last night (all 21 corridors). Amazing game.


I should beat it too. I own it for NES but the NES doesn't work very well.

As for what I'm playing right now, it's Pokémon Crystal (emulator) and Golden Sun: The Lost Age. In Crystal I tried to trade with Silver but found out that the damn emulator didn't support GBC. And for my save files to work on the other I tested I'd need to convert the damn things back and forth.

But core i7 uses Hyperthreading technique which makes the computer believe there's 8 processors if you got a quad-core.

What's less imaginative about gen 4 than gen 2? Better plot, better mechanics, better pokemon design. Better overworld, too.


I dunno if I agree there. Generation 2 is my favorite aswell. But better mechanics perhaps.

I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 @ 3.3Ghz myself which can easily be overclocked to 4Ghz.

As for Crysis at max graphics, do you mean 16x AA (anti-aliasing) aswell? Because nothing can run that without lag.

This is a free online game that plays in the browser (flash). It's quite fun.

What you do is registering through someone else's link such as http://death-phantom.mybrute.com this one. That way you become their pupil. It gives them some EXP when you do this and when you level up. People can do this for you aswell. But you can only have 1 pupil per IP as more will not give you more EXP.

You choose a name for your Brute and click validate. Typing in a name will generate a brute but you can change the appearance and color yourself with the buttons above the validate button. When you've found a name that isn't taken you click validate and battle the brute in the link. This, however, won't give you EXP.

As you battle other brutes and level up you can get various bonuses such as weapons, skills and improvements on your stats. This is random, though, and may be affected on your brutes appearance but I'm not sure of this. The battles are automatic. There is also tournaments that you can participate in. And there are clans you can join. Or create a new one.

Also, becoming your own pupils won't work either as it doesn't give you EXP. Believe me, I've tried. There is a way around this, however. The solution is named Tor.

After installing Tor and Privoxy, you need to configure your applications to use them. The first step is to set up web browsing.


You should use Tor with Firefox and Torbutton, for best safety. The bundle installs the Torbutton plugin for you. Restart your Firefox, and you're all set:

I didn't get this to work properly, though. Told me that my flash plugin was too old and whatnot. But you can create so-called "bridges" that others can use for this. If anyone gets this to work, tell me.
