You know, last time I donwloaded something from windows homepage, it didn´t have to check if I had genuine windows. So why now?

And that validation software will say that "Your copy of windows isn´t valid blah blah".

The game is made to be controlled by GC controllers. Nintendo has said that they didn´t want to make it too difficult to control the characters.
