I thought UPS was replacing the IPS format, or at least, from what its intentions were

I know that with Fire Emblem ROM hacking, a lot of people use the UPS format, simply because it was the first thing that worked--apparently, someone couldn't get a proper patch through Ninja, or anything like that.

From what I hear, UPS was made to be a direct replacement for IPS, it's basically the same thing except that supports larger file sizes.

NINJA is apparently some crazy alternative format that has it's own goals.

The list takes a few seconds longer to load than it should for me too. I also think that it should be sorted from newest to oldests, and having multiple pages of files would be nice on slower connections.

I honestly rarely ever drink any kind of pop. Except when I'm at my dad's becuase he actually buys it. :V

Also I'd suggest cutting back because pop is generally not all that good for you.

But yeah, I think that an entire full-out graphics hack of SMRPG is out of the question, solely because SMRPG features such an immensive amount of graphics. I also agree that SMRPG's graphics were... less than satisfactory, and I think a full graphics "base" hack would be a good thing to do. But finding anyone to actually manage to have the time to do that would be hard, and a collaborative effort would probably not work out too well because everyone draws in a slightly different style.
