I, uh, think we can safely say this project is just about dead, really.

If only there was more participation, more interest.

At the rate we're going, would you be surprised if one million USD equaled about ten euros by the year 2020?

McDonalds uses real cucumbers?

Burger King is the only quality franchise burger that isn't Carl's Jr / Hardee's anymore.

Nice poster by the way. :U

Holy shit Smallhacker returns.

Ailure: Oh, that reminds me. Doesn't the white screw block appear in only two levels? Would have been nice to see it used more often.

Maybe force the player to be "behind the scenery" in order to achieve an objective?

I really don't know, myself. It's your game to run D:

On an unrelated note, I just set up Notepad++ to compile and run Java code. All that's left is to add automatic .jar packing, .jnlp generation, and I should have a Java development environment on my hands.

Unless of course I or someone else finds something better.

I've seen this kind of shit before. I read this thing and he lied the whole time. He said thanksgiving, then christmas, then New Year. Why did he stop making testing things after November? Looks like this stuff is FAKE!

Wanna do it yourself? Go ahead.

you should try TinEye. It's a different kind of image search: You give it an image which it analyzes and then it scours through the intertubes to find other iterations of the image.

Duly noted for a time about a year and seven months from now. I have my own nefarious needs for this tool. Sounds so useful... would be nice to get some full size versions of some, uh, images.

Traffic Light: I can't think of any reason why you would do that in that manner. Either I'm tired or there's some genius reasoning behind it.

They probably broaden it to the city or even the state.

Our government is fucked up anyway and I plan on moving to Canadaland sometime.

None of his posts have been anything proper, nice, or have exhibited any sort of knowledge whatsoever about anything (see: "Background is blinding" re: "crumpled paper" - seriously, what the fuck?).

We could ignore him

Or we could countertroll him

Because that's not what ROM Hacking is about.

You don't get everything handed to you on a silver platter. If you want to be "unique" you need to work for it.

Unless someone is kind enough to make a program to simplify the process.

Your screenshots, while they do show off a few interesting things, for the most part are boring.

The palette you're using for the ground has problems with the bushes - the highlight is far too bright compared to the rest of it.

Nice use of default tiles to construct that "antenna" thing.

Hey, neat, a minor graphics bug in the stretching blocks sprite.

Why the hell would you need to disguise as IE6 on a site that works just fine in any reputable browser ever?

It works the same in Photoshop (CS2, at least), with the added benefit of a reasonable GUI.

Though personally if I were to ever color things in I would color under the lineart. That's just me though.
