You could probably obtain the exact image used in the ROM if you were to take a screenshot of it yourself at that point in the game.

However, I should imagine that the graphic in the Super Mario 64 ROM lacks that number and is thus better to use. Doesn't Toad's Tool 64 have SOMETHING related to editing the graphics? I forget.

Human sacrifice. Dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria!

Good movie. Great theme song. Too bad I forgot all the lines from it (the movie, not the theme song). Except for one.

"Mother pus bucket!"

Whooo oldbie threads I don't quite understand.

Hey, I understand it.

Then again, I had nothing better to do several years ago than read the board archives.

I forget which game it was Acmlm was putting random letters into though.

What settings were you using to get the fight exactly as it was (sans background - I'm going for performance)? I want to try that boss myself, but it's far too easy to defeat its first form using free-scroll.

ugh, Quagsire

nice job, though, boing, though I would have chosen a different color for the background. for some reason, as it is, it makes my stomach feel kinda queasy XP

and that new one (I forget the name) is badass. you seem to have a knack for this, boing

You can't tell me you forgot the name of the only Bug/Steel pokemon to date (afaik), Scizor.

Not to continue derailing the thread, but didn't used to be represented by "O_O" (), which would fit better as ":O"?

I forget how things were.

zbyte, are you REALLY trying to blatantly ignore what the staff just said?

Trapster: Peardian's comic was interesting, but it wasn't really that important. :V

While we're on about what and who we miss, though, post radar and minipics.

Sukasa, Marzen, nuclear catsplosions are no fun unless you give cats at least ten different sets of limbs.

Put a little more gray into it as well. Super Mario World does damn good with slightly desaturated background tiles.

I can't stand fancy Windows schemes anymore.

I live with the standard "Teal (VGA)" colors that XP provides with their Windows Classic color selections. I just wish I knew the exact format for desktop patterns, though...

Yeah that's right XP has desktop patterns like 98 had. You just can't get at them easily - they're in the registry only.

What the fuck is going on? Why is everyone returning?

Not that I'm complaining, but damn guys, can't you space out your returns a little bit?

Then again, all this activity might encourage people to post more.

I hate dentists.

Not the dentist himself, it's just the NUMB FUCKING FACE that you get for a good three hours afterwards.

Since about 4:30 PM the right side of my face has been dead.

Neither do I, but on a related note that doesn't look like it'd fit too well with Super Mario World.

You get the idea.

I used to like clicking on these links to check out other people's desktops.

Nowadays I have to resist the temptation in case someone's got some sort of porn desktop. Or anything even close to it.

I already destroyed what respect people could have had for me.

But it's still a valid point. Leetspeak makes you look like an idiot, to be honest.
