-- I try to shade everything in a pseudo-oekaki style. You may see this technique in other hacks such as Luigi vs. Mario. It's a very good way to trick people into thinking that there's more than two or three colors making up an object.


The pixel-artists call this technique "dithering" - it's an absolute requirement if you have to work with a limited palette.

Also, sweet underground rocks.

I really have no idea. Most video game characters tend to be active, though. I sit around doing nothing.

Speaking of layouts, I'm having a little bit of fun with mine, but I'm considering replacing it entirely...

I still reckon that layout's a bit... pink at the top.


EDIT: It's a proof of concept, of course, the name color. If I were to go screwing with my sidebar as KP9000 has done his, I might decide to change my name color to something that would go with the sidebar color.


EDIT TWO: Art in progress. Three guesses as to who this is going to be. Oh, and it's very basic right at the moment. It's like pre-WIP.

I think I could probably figure out some way somehow. Never underestimate the power of CSS...

Lemme upload what I got done at 1:30 AM this morning. It's still a basic shape, and the hands look weird because I never did any real work on them, but it at least reveals a bit more. And it reveals my lack of artistic talent.
