A "Bullshittean Emitter" or effect or cause or whatever is anything, that for some strange bullshit reason, doesn't work right even though it should and you did everything correctly.

Okay, if you have Pokemon Diamond or Pearl you should know what I'm talking about. You know the Poketch app Dot Artist? Well, just try to make a perfect pixel-by-pixel copy of the Pokeball in the X menu. You can't do it. Why?
