You should add some timing to the game, or at least adjust it if you have one already (if there is one, how does it work?). I'm actually curious about the coding behind this game, even if it's rather simple for now (such as the lack of ball reappearing on paddle when you lose). ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Just want to warn Thexare Blademoon that I joined a trade guild, which means that I can get some nice bonus resources but... as soon we find the right partners I have to switch to them. I warn in time when this happens though. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Posted by KernalAh, then it's the same thing as a final then. Expect it's not done explicitly at the end of a semester, just the end of a course. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

At this point, people probably would be more surprised about Sonic being excluded than... included. But then, they might keep it as a surprise...
I mean, they can't reveal every character right away before the game is released. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I seen more scary Mario related work... >__>
I think one of the Mario games suggested that Bowser isn't really that... evil. More like obsessed about peach for some reason... ...heh. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

We rarely have mosquites where I live (during the summer) of course, we own this summer place my parents is so fond happens to be full of them, due to the lakes that is here and there. >>
Hadn't been bitten by a horsefly, but it's been close. xDDD They're really slow, so you can usually catch them before they bite... ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I have a very important exam myself on friday, so I hadn't been able to play for that reason. Studying. I rather do it on friday (after my time) to not steal valuable study time. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Posted by Madman200Which is understandable. Although I prefer playing with items on as it makes the game strategy a bit more intresting and varied, even if the distribution of items is not always obviously fair. The only item I have turned off at times is the heart, as 100% heal can be very cheap at times. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Another question I wondered, what version?
The nightly have some interesting additions that might make it fun to play, but the latest stable (which is currently 0.5.0) is probably... more stable. Edit: Also changed first post a bit with more info. << ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Some songs sounds intresting when they're speed up or slow down, or even played backwards.
Yeah, I like playing with the music I listen to. There's actually songs where I almost prefer it being slowed down... ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

1. Braces in English, Måsvingar in Swedish (which is translated as Gull-Wings, which I think is a nice name considering how the braces looks like)
2. If there's no kind of style I have to follow, I tend to write a method something like th e following: public void example(){ 3. Well, for things like "Continue;" and "Break;" I put it on the same line. For other statements I insert a break (or whatever you would call it now) and then code. I tend to skip using braces, it looks only more cluttered in my opinion if it's only a single line of code. However, sometimes I include braces if I plan to extend that part later even if the code in the block is a single line (or no line) for now. Posted by KernalBecause that makes it trickier to add code at the end of a block. And I'm with XK. Indentation is more important than brace placement for me, I tend to work with editors that automatically fixes indentation for me (which is a time-saver), and I see no reason to space out braces when there's indention. There's actually utilities out there that converts between code styles, some people use those tools when the project they are in uses a different style than they prefer. I'm not really sure why I use K&R style though, it just winded up being that way. I guess I like it compact. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I have four. One for openttd coop, one for the nightlies, one stable and one for the newhouses branch. I should overwrite the newhouses branch with the noAI one when it's done, as newhouses is going to be merged into trunk. << ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

setz have a point though.
I mean, if there's anything more annoying than overly swearing, it's overly censoring swearing. And yeah, a log would be useful. It reminds me that I should do a scan myself. And for Firefox, uhm... you should run your own profile. What Windows version are you using? Normally Firefox uses a seperate profile for each account, but if you for some reason only use one account (which is stupid anyway, as it tends to lead to conflicts ) you might want to check out the Profile manager in Firefox. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Hehe, even if Spring Yard Zone is hardly one of my favourites (always kinda felt meh over that zone), that Level's layout looks quite interesting. :o
And this gotta be one of the hacks with most "assembly" hacks I seen so far. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I guess it's easier that way as well, as otherwise we would have to make sure everyone uses the same revision of the nightly, which can be a bit tricky. As a list for features in nightly, It's pretty much anything that is green on the roadmap 0.6.0 page. And some minor stuff such as aircraft speed being the same as their real speed, and building of semaphores before a certain year option. That's about it. >>
Edit: The game will probably start tonight, though I need a slight nap... ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Posted by HigsbyTo even things out, I would add middle age and young adult. I should be technically a adult, but don't really feel like one. :/ Sometimes I feel like I had a pretty boring life so far, but realized that I still have a whole future ahead after I'm done with educating. And oh, Happy birthday. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I guess it's a bit humerous, but not very realistic. Flags are supposed to be somewhat easy to make from coloured pieces of cloth. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Why not put up the FAQ on Acmlmwiki.
Note that editing FAQ to get away with a rule should be a offence. And people shouldn't add rules because it happens to fit to them. :/ ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org
