Layouts, and the ability to turn them on, should be optional, with them being off by default.
Therefore only pro-layout people can see layouts. |

It's easy. Learn classes and how to attach styles to individual elements, and you're done.
And also realize no one browser processes it the same, so that you might as well go with whatever looks good to you rather than what a bunch of stuffy corporate wackos say is right. |

I think another programmer who likes Acmlm commented him there.
Notice the ;, which does not mean :, therefore he is saying 'Acmlm has capabilities. 383.' Maybe? Or maybe the ; is a typo for :? |
