I have a computer with the tiny RAM sticks. If only I would replace that faulty HD Controller..

Anyway. Rule of thumb with memory is to wear an antistatic strap when handling it. If it came to you outside a protective bag, odds are it's dead. Or if you touched it without grounding yourself first.

Bit of a ripoff there, you can pick out better components and operating system and have them installed and double boxed and tested for less than that at Directron. Although shipping might bite you.

Of course, conversion rates are a bit closer than that, but I got my $800 computer and it rocks your $800-something (US) computer. Especially in the Video card and CPU department. And mine is using 2005 technology... O_o

My first post exploded, so here's my second.

Hello there. This is an open challenge from a semi-experienced person. Let me go over the rules, first.

No invincibility: This would make the portion of the battle with the invincibility pointless.
No Cheapness: Basically, don't control my character anymore than you have to, no super-duper-ultimate death attacks without a good reason, etc.
There are some other rules, but most of them are restated in the FAQ.

* The battle field is an old, abandoned factory, on Earth. An old car factory, of course. The sky outside is overcast and gray. There are several old, mangled ruins of cars laying around. Some of the machines still work, but it is unknown what they do. Somewhere within this mess is Metal, who lies in wait for his opponent. He sharpens his blades and continues to look around for his opponent, hiding behind a ruined BMW. In addition to the blades, he has a variety of other strange abilities... but those will only be known when someone actually challenges him. He remains waiting, waiting, waiting, patient as can be....*

Gee, what ever happened to the Sim Battle arena anyway?

Wow, you're made of tissue paper.

I've flown off my bike twice with no broken bones. I even flew straight forwards and slid on the asphault.

Wait a minute... that's probably why I didn't break anything.

Oh well. *Drinks some more milk*

Psh, if they implement this people will simply find ways around their 'traffic controlling' technology. I believe proxies might be able to circumvent it, but if they can't somebody will find a way.

In the end, you can't mess with people's connections that much, or else you'll have riots on your hands.

All we need is some way to access the internet through foreign services via something like satellite or something and this is deeead.

That was too easy. I can type this without a keyboard, too. Perhaps I should type it into your forehead.

I come from left field and weird people out with my eccentricities in most of them.

Well, being a veteran of head-crashes (especially into poles, and off of bikes), I can say that's it's good you only got a concussion. What I'd do is hit them so these massive knots would appear atop my head. Nasty, painful things these are.

Also, it's probably better off you didn't remember. I have awful memories of screwing up my knees, my face, etc. Especially when that stupid Doberman bit my face off.

Anyway, hope you get better!

But at least it appeared for 10 seconds on the IRC chat!

Light-weights. I used the Wii for hours on end without any pain... then again.

My thumb muscles are freakishly strong after years of using a Trackman mouse. I could probably crush the controller with my bare hands.

And... yeah. You need yourself a better converter to do things like that.
