You don't need to know. Just follow the instructions pieguy gave you and copy the code in notepad, save as .asm, then drag the file into TRASM.exe (comes with spritetool). TRASM.exe will make a SMC and a BIN file. Grab the BIN file and insert it with blocktool.

You can use paint to copy & paste the graphics to YY-CHR. Most of the time the colors will come out correctly if you have the correct palette loaded in YY-CHR.

I've tried the palette 3 for it and I think gray colours don't fit with them... I used the same palette and changed the gray colours of it to a fair blue, I think it's nice now:

You could try to make the outlines a sky blue and then making it brighter...
May I suggest you make the clouds animated, like in some kirby backgrounds? You can overwrite animated tiles you aren`using.

Its design rating was OK, but its creativity rating wasn't...I think its final rating was around 35-40, or in that range. Another thing that brought it down was that there was one point that you could get stuck in, as the pipe was raised one tile above the ground.


pieguy, you didnĀ“t need to enter the damn pipe, you could just start climbing again, as the moving platform would reappear where it was at the beggining!
