I tried this on PocketNES, Link's tiles were wrong and the game freezed when I moved.
Is the new FCEU the only emulator this works on? ____________________ |

Posted by infidelity I don't think PocketNES fully supports MMC5 so that might be the reason why it doesn't display graphics right. If it can run then I think that would be cool enough for me. ____________________ |

Really awesome! Would have been nice if the game came out like this.
The only thing I'm concerned about is that is there anyway to save the power up you last had on the map? ____________________ |

I like it a lot still. I'm going to throw it on my flashcart. It's already useful as a standalone patch and not just an improvement patch for a personal hack project.
I don't have to rely on using save states anymore to save progress if I just want to play a little bit of SMB3 without doing a haul. ____________________ |

Got bored and made an Gauntlet hack to star Adventure Time characters when someone said the Wizard looks like the Ice King. This will be both a graphical and data hack. Demo will be out very soon. It'll star familiar characters in place of the originals as well as other fun edits. Warrior: Finn Archer: Jake Valkyrie: Marceline Wizard: Ice King It's still in it's early stages, but so far I have Finn, Jake, and the Ice King done, as well as DMC samples replaced with custom ones. ____________________ |

Posted by Kiokuffiib11 Data checking through a hex editor in FCEU, writing down the start and end address of the DMC sample within the game, Importing wav files into Famitracker and exporting them as DMC files. After that I crop the end to match the length of the game's DMC I'm replacing then copy the data and paste it in the file in an external hex editor. It's fun. It's the same process I did with my Fester's Quest hack a long time ago to replace the bass samples with recordings of my electric guitar. I might do level editing as well, all depending on if I can actually do that. I've made level editors for games that use a byte-per-tile based level data. ____________________ |

I'll work on it more this week. I've been a bit busy.
I'm also having trouble trying to separate the Ice King and Jake from sharing the same DMC sample. I tried editing a few of the code that assigns DMC but even changing it to another DMC sample makes them both change instead of just one. ____________________ |
