Did you edit the small coin sprite?
It usually messes up if you don't edit it right.
If you completely deleted it, it won't run at all.

It's some sprite 0 thing and what makes the top menu not scroll.

You can try to crop the sprite down so it won't be visible on the coin tile, but still scrolls and makes the game run correctly.

I'm trying to connect via sock proxies but it seems like nothing is working anymore.

I used programs like proxifier and sockscap and used Tor with them,
but it won't work. I tried making it socks4 and socks5 but it won't go.

I tried not using tor and just using a proxy list like this

None of them connect at all.

What am I doing wrong?

I used Vidalia and then put the 127.0.0.1 IP in sockscap and ran the program I'm trying to use proxies with but it wouldn't connect at all.

When I was using proxies earlier it worked when I used a list of proxies that weren't all dead.

I tried changing my firewall and using proxies but that didn't work either.

I used port 9050 and it's not working still. I can see the map thing saying it's connecting to places then it gets closed.

I can see the program I'm trying to connect, trying to log on but then on the map thing it goes from open to closed.

I was messing with Bowser's data and there's a variable that determines where the floor is. You could lower the floor to make the shorter koopalings touch the floor.

Good to know you're still motivated to work on it, as long as it comes out, that's the essential; SMB3 came out in 1988, so it is about 22 years old, so waiting a few more months is nothing compared to that

Unfortunately, I'm pretty busy creating a commercial game for iPhone (and my first ever full home made game!)
I will probably post about it here once I'm ready to communicate on it to get your opinions
But I'm surely not quiting ROM Hacking, especially when I dream of making a fully featured music editor for SMB3! (not sure if it will ever come out, but you know, in my early days of ROM hacking I dreamed of hacking SMB3's music, and you know what I've done a few years later...)
