I just got this computer less than 2 months ago.
It has a Realtek soundcard. I think it's onboard.

The soundcard still works and all but 4/6 jacks in the back are undetected when something is plugged in.

I got a 1 year warranty I think.

Could I send this in and get it fixed without paying for much?

I've tried a bunch of things.
They were working fine before but now they're not responding.
The control panel usually says if I plugged or unplugged from the jacks, and the ones that aren't working anymore don't even announce that anymore.

It's like they're disconnected or fried or something.

2 of the surround sound output jacks are still detected though.
My front mic and headphone jacks work as well.

I need line-in so I can record in a clean format instead of the crappy mic input that amplifies, echos, and degrades the sound.

This is a weird question, but is there a BIOS setting to determine what the jacks are registered as? My (admittedly, it only has the line out/microphone/line in jacks) Realtek onboard audio lets you change whether they're output or input. If they're set to input when they're supposed to be output, or vice versa, they won't work properly for what you're trying to do.

Yeah a new problem.

Every one in a blue moon there is a pop up/ad on the bottomright of the screen, that is supposed to look like an MSN message. I hover my mouse over it and it says it's from adultfriendfinder.

How the fuck do I remove this?
Swore I scanned all my shit before opening them.
Then again I ran mcafee and malwarebyte and they don't pick it up.

If any of you know, how serious is this virus?
It only malforms a webpage at least one time a day, maybe twice randomly.
