Yeah I didn't comment on the practices McD's is involved in, regarding treatment of animals. I have a bit of a soft spot for animals, but it still doesn't get in the way of me eating there sometimes.
I forgot to say what was my fave, lozo. I love Arby's myself, probably because there are none near me. |

I love 24 myself, but I forgot to watch, and missed last week. I can't watch it online because my internet is poor, so I'm screwed for the rest of this season.
I watch Lost, Seinfeld reruns, and Bam's Unholy Union. For some reason the whole "Jackass" scene is so much more funny to me now. |

I really think that Lost has jumped the shark, myself. It's heading downhill, and very rapidly. |

Kay so, you gotta write more than LINKIN PARK LOL I LOVE THIS MASHUP CD.
I've been listening to Read Music / Speak Spanish, the only cd by the band Desaparecidos. You might know the lead singer, Connor Oberst aka Bright Eyes. Anyways, the whole cd is just a commentary on the social status of America. How we need to buy the new clothes, new fashions, cut down trees for parking lots and such. Really good stuff. If you're a fan of the Dead Kennedys, get this cd. |

Posted by Peardian Ha funny story. Once I went, actually I don't remember where. I think I was in Florida. Anyways, it's not important. My family was staying in a hotel nextdoor to a DQ, and my mom and I walked over. It was like the restaraunt's "trial night" and EVERYTHING was free. We were dumbfounded, got something like 5 icecreams, and took 2 back. |

Macayo's (spelled wrong): are those like, down south way west chains? I've never heard of them. |

Ha! Just from reading the title of this thread, I was going to say DSOTM
That's really one of the only albums I can think of right off the top of my head. There's lots of other good albums, but none quite like Dark Side. |

I didn't do any of the homework that's due on wed (even though it's not pressing right now), I had a lot of free time today.
I'm extremely lazy and I hate it. |

OK Computer, IMO, was OK. Same with any Alan Parsons Project. A lot of people dig that stuff, but for some reason I just like Dark Side moreso than any other 'trippy' album. |

Posted by Clockworkz love the thought you put into that post. Danielle: I can't really remember, but is Postal Service like sort of pop/electronica type? I can be either right, or really off on that one haha. |

I really hated the NBA All-Star game. This was the first one I've watched in some time, and it was just a huge waste.
No fouls, all dunks/three pointers, the only guy that looked like he cared was Jermaine O'Neal...no idea why he was all hot and bothered. As for the whole Pippen scenario...yeah. I say he goes to the Raptors if he goes anywhere, and his line will be like 20 minutes, 6 points, 4 assists, and maybe a steal. |

I think we could transform this into a writer's blog link thread. So, with that in mind...
writer's block! it holds the musings of me, short stories, a novella, part of a script, and candy. Just kidding about the candy |

I work at McDonalds in Rhode Island (Rt. 3, come on by, we're across from a Burger King XD) and "BJ's" in New York (it's a sub/hero/sandwich/hoagie shop) |

Yep. It's a shame really, because I would have loved to see D-Wade, Lebron, and Shaq go head to head with Kobe, Melo, and KG. But no. It's so much better to have a game be decided by alley oops and crap like that. |

Posted by MathOnNapkins How have we not touched base before? Although I'm not a huge Animals fan, I listen to Heiroglyphics and a lot of underground hip hop, like Aes Rock, Sage Francis, Atmosphere, etc. |

I could not agree with you more. I was actually just thinking about this the other day.
A Grand Don't Come For Free is really the last album I can think of that had some thread running through all the tracks, and I find it funny that that's now referred to as a concept album. |

When I think of a concept album, I think of something like The Wall, which I guess is called a "rock opera", but I'm not sure if either really fit well. |

Cowboy Bebop, and Hellsing. Number one and number two favorite (and only) animes I've ever seen.
I saw Hellsing many many many years ago, and I thought nothing could top that. Then for one reason or another, I decided to see CB two years ago, and I'm convinced that nothing will top that. Ever. |
