I recommend spc porting XD
Joking.
(Would be a nice feature though..)

Once this is released I may start hacking more often. But can someone explain to me the level image exporting/importing thingy?

Epic win!

You can tell that the minute you see the hypercam logo and the unmodified ow that it is usually crappy -.-

The screenshot above is a bit better, honestly. But the small pipes look deformed and the bridges lack shading.

If your going to make a n exgfx hack, at least use custom palletes >_____>

Hold on a sec, I'll do what I can. Is this better or worse?

Looks better, but as I said before, use custom palletes for an exgfx hack >__>

Maybe then you might be able to make the bridge better lolhuh?

Damn straight. Super Mario RPG alone looks just so complicated I couldn't even imagine an editor being made. Fantastic job!

Im fine with exporting+YY-CHR

Let me rephrase what I meant by adding in music editing:
"How about once you finish the editor, you work on an extra feature to port midi's into the game?"

Thats sounds better,yes?

Did you really have to bump to say that? D:

Anyway, I agree with Alastor...as soon as I saw Youtube's sample image, I turned away from the video. D:

(It wasn't 30 days yet, so this isn't really a bump that is illegitimate)

Sometimes strange things happens that causes to corrupt your game. Sometimes they just happens randomly, this is why you need to make a back-up every few minutes

Fixed for the truth.

Awesome job.The scripting is easier than it looks since I am too use to scripting in GraalOnline.

Out of curiosity:
Are the graphics like YI's were there is a 16x16 tile space for each limb, or is it like smw's?

I would really like to port graphics from Grandia and Lunar SSSC in smrpg, but it looks like it'd be a challenge.

Speaking of which, are custom palletes also possible?

And how close are you to releasing a beta?

I prefer both features.
Some people can use lazy shell as a guide!

For stuff such as open source though, there should be a trademark logo in the startup screen.

How the hell is it possible to clone mario like that without lagging up the game o-O

Looks fake, but if it isn't, please let me know.
It probably took a lot of level asm to that

edit:
Was it really just a bunch of failed tas' with sprite's layered on top everything? It really does seem a bit fake and not possible with smw's crappy engines.

Of course it's not an effect in the game.

Judging from stuff I'm too lazy to list, it's most likely a TAS (except it's not a speedrun) where the "failed" runs were kept, recorded (with only the sprite layer on) and somehow pasted together. (One could modify an emulator to output how far the level has scrolled for each frame and use that info to piece it together properly.)

Ah, guess I was right.

This can be locked now.I just needed an answer from an advanced hacker.

It even says that in the video description:

"134 superimposed playthroughs of Kaizo Mario World. "

Did you read it?

I didn't know what that ment, but yes I did read it.
