Since everyone else seems to be doing this by class, let's look at my schedule point-by-point, starting with most favourite.
AP Economics: Macro Difficulty: 1/5 Rating: 5/5 Awesome in all ways. Thought provoking and I really liked the projects, albeit I always ended up doing all the work for group projects. AP Physics B (C) Difficulty: 2/5 (4/5) Rating: 5/5 (5/5) Physics B alone I found a lot harder than C, because it was phrased in a manner more like a biology/chemistry class. Yes, I find the "easier" course harder than the "hard" course. My physics teacher goes above and beyond the normal pace and material, but since I won't get the chance to take his C class, and he gave me a physics book that I can really relate to, I decided to study independently for the C test. Not to say that I don't like chemistry, because I thought the advanced class was a lot of fun. The normal chemistry class sucked though. When I started to do C, it seemed a lot more like what I think it is: applied mathematics, which made a lot more sense to me. And I really do like the Halliday/Resnick physics book, as it explains concepts clearly but thoroughly. AP Japanese Language Difficulty: 5/5 Rating: 4/5 It's not as though the actual class is that bad, but that there is this gap that is so massive, that of one who can speak fluently and us struggling to piece together the language. The fact that only 3 other people in the class are actually students and that most everyone else goofs off is a tad bothering. Orchestra Difficulty: 1/5 Rating: 4/5 Fun, the teacher is interesting, but the music is too easy and the level of the orchestra is too low. AP Calculus AB (BC) Difficulty: 1/5 (3/5) Rating: 3/5 (4/5) Taking this class after 10AM, I realize that AB is easy as hell. I look back at last year, and think that it must have been pretty bad for me not to understand it then. The lack of depth and the limited--no pun intended--scope of the class seems so blatantly visible to me that I wonder how I could have been so stupid. Ironically, most of the BC material that isn't overlap is mostly physics concepts and application. Which is pretty intuitive on the most part, at such a basic level. AP English Literature Difficulty: Variable Rating 3/5 On the bright side, the teacher isn't that boring and it's in the afternoon. Sadly, the class is boring and would rather talk about their consumerism/fucking/drugs or any combination of the three. |

A symmetry of such petty shapes and symbols cannot compare to the symmetry of thoughts and ideas. To your second contention, it's called fallacious reasoning, and your definition is unwarranted.
A correlation between two systems cannot be equated with a causal relationship. |

Posted by XenesisPosted by SamuraiX It cannot be compared to what a console should cost, but what it's worth. And from what I hear, its hardware is pretty spiffy. Should a console have a set price? |

I cannot answer for anyone else, but I don't know enough about human biology to claim to understand the workings of the human brain. Personally? I definitely don't think in physical models, it's too limiting.
Your "facts" are simply the creation of your imagination. The burden of truth concerning your contention that pattern recognition directly aids learning lies on you, not me to disprove it. By the way, associative learning is indeed defined as: Posted by http://www.bartleby.com/61/74/A0477400.html The definition clearly states that it's based on the assumption that these "links" enhance the learning process. On your third contention, my answer to you question is: absolutely, correlation != causal relation. |

I plan on someday acquiring a car for transport--or not, as might be the case. I hear they're a hassle at college. But I use public transport, since I'm lame. |

Posted by Kernal What if you don't like life in Europe? I know you don't like Detroit--my brother said he hated living there, and that was for a few months--but isn't it a bit optimistic to think that Europe will be such a great place to live? |

If one can help a thread, can one hurt or kill a thread? Is it unethical to harm threads? |
