I've figured out that one way or the other, I'm probably going to college, somewhere. And since I should have about 2 years of undergraduate done by end of high school, I can--hopefully--start working towards my major. Now, I was wondering, does anyone know about how a double major works? I might go for two of the most useless majors at once, econometrics and political sciences. That is, if I don't fall apart before then.

And I want to be able to once again ride my bike to school. I think this reduced amount of exercise has been having some detrimental effects on me.

What's the other subject you like?

Math, of course.

Err...the question was directed to Katelyn.

My favourite subjects are anything dealing with math or computers, and I tend to not like English or humanities classes very much, although that depends on the teacher more than anything else.

I love everything! ^_________________________^;;;;;;;

Same here. I never really liked English class because of the teachers...

That's why there are things called books.

Unless you're being forced to read War and Peace, I'm sure that you have leisure time you could spend reading. Even if you're reading War and Peace, I'm sure you have time to appreciate it.

Right now, we're reading George Orwell's 1984 in English class. At least it's better than War and Peace...

Don't get me wrong, War and Peace is not a bad book, it's just a tad long. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is pretty long too, but it's contemporary and easier to read in many aspects. 1984 I thought was a well-written, if perhaps not a "fun," book.

Animal Farm isn't much less depressing, although it's a bit shorter to read. I think Orwell didn't want to splice any words in creating the impression that he did, so that message isn't all too subtle.

PS3 s the least original name ever because anybody can make a new version and the number it is to the original name.
Xbox 360 isn't that original because anybody can make a new version of something and add a number to the original title.
Wii is original in almost every way. No doubt about it.

That's because SNE's PR group has one objective: to negate all the good that the Development team has achieved in making a system.

If you think that's bad, I have a chemistry test tomorrow :/

Chemistry was easy, but the labs were a pain in the ass.

Music majoring is the age-old, time-tested, useless major. So much so that it's not even useless. Now one doesn't see any abstracts on econometric political sciences, now do they?

I thought psychology was a useless major. You learn stuff, but you can't *use* it for anything practical.

My major is CS, which is probably one of the mose useful majors around. (maybe not, but still, it has a lot of possibilities in the future)

I've heard it's an awesome major, but only for a master's degree or a Ph.D. Same thing for Physics and other such subjects. Oddly enough, I have more courses going towards a science-related field. Go figure.

I wanted to buy chips at the machine at work before I came home but... the machine needed to be restocked.

I had a choice between Jalapeno or Tandoori. No thank you.

This is getting to sound a bit racist.
