Would it be possible to code a custom sprite similar to that Angry Sun from mario 3? It doesn't need to be anything technically superior to the "Phanto" custom sprite (aside from not caring if you have a key or not, and perhaps have a more constant speed) but should be a bit bigger, unless that makes it more difficult to code. Perhaps it could also be coded with an extra bit that makes it fire/shell/etc-proof?

Apologies - I intended to post in that, but I guess I hit "New thread" instead of "New Reply" and didn't notice.

Wow, this is awesome. The editor even looks nice. It looks like it's at least as powerful as SMILE. Theres a bit of lag when drawing multiple tiles (But I am using Vista currently, so I'll blame that) which makes completely changing a room very tedious. After looking through the dozens of tile sets and considering some of ZM's unique level features (False, 'vanishing' walls, fake lava, etc) there are definitely going to be some awesome hacks in the future.

Well, I just installed Xp on this machine and gave it a whirl without Vista. Reduced slowness dramatically. (Still a bit laggy, but my current machine is junk) Also the tile-placement system seems a bit buggy. IE Sometimes when I am copying one existing tile, it copies the tile and the clip data, but other times it only takes one of the two, and sometimes it just doesn't paste any tile at all. (I might be doing something wrong; Right-click copies a tile's data and left-click pastes it, right? Or is there more...)
