In all likeliness, I assume you to be one constrained by the norms of society--unless you're one who lives at night and sleeps at day, or one isolated from the majority, of course--and that your internal, biological clock cannot be so easily adjusted. |

As for myself, I was left to my own devices at a young age, as long as I was quiet. Experience tells that going to bed at 4AM isn't such a great idea in practice though, especially when it's necessary to wake a few hours later. |

Posted by Tarale I've read studies evincing that 5.5 hours is adequate, sufficient, and by all means "enough" rest, but that most people prefer 8 anyways. |
