Well, maybe I'll make both of them.

I'm doing the bug testing while making the levels, to make sure it's mostly bug free.
I will give out the prototype version once it's complete for the testers, so I won't give out one-one levels. It will be a whole 18 level thing to test.
Oh, and one, only one will get a version of the game with 8 Robot Masters and no other stages.

Magnet and Top are now complete. Removed all edge-jumps, polished layout, finished desing. Shadow is under construction.

Sounds sweet I'll subscribe to you on youtube among other mega man hacks on here currently...
This is something I want to see get good props, if one thing If I could ask.
Make this mega man 3 hack and last a whole lot longer than the original.

My personal favorite since 1992 as a kid back then.

I'm sure it can be done! I'm sure it'll be better than that NES ROM Hack since with Super Mario World you can add so much more. Or maybe it can be a board 2 hack project!

This transformed into smw hack, have you lost what little brain cells you had left ? o0
Please no you'll make rom hacking community a more darker and evil place to be in.

Already done actually.

Why do I get the feeling you missed the whole point of the thread ?
Stifid meant he wanted to have that hacks mechanics in a smw hack.
I don't think it would benefit anyone because of the trolling that may occur.

If you feel like making it happen more power to you just keep me out of it. o0

I'm making a honest recommendation to him, so he can get to enjoy a better life.

And first of all, who are you to talk to me like that? You barely joined a board and are already insulting people for no reason? Be glad that noone pays attention to this place anymore. You wouldn't get away with this behavior otherwise.

Sorry mega but I agree with mercury on this, both boards have strengtghs and weaknesses.
This place is meant for resourcing, information exchange and whatever else that may happen.

Your comment here is why mercury went off on you and he had a valid reason.

Just let it go already it isn't worth getting all fussy over.

'information exchange'

ahahahahahahahahaha

Like you have seen, people come here and get no help at all. And even two months later, a misplaced thread isn't dealt with by the staff.

Where's the staff? Gone. All it seems to do is delete spam.

So for example, if someone were to attack this board? It'd drown under shit. Which would be lame, given all the useful information it holds.

This is why I'm for archiving it.

But well, you know how stubborn blackhole89 can be.

tl;dr your dear board is dead. Admit it and move on.

Where is the staff you say look around sometime they check the site and so do I.
Sure they might be gone doesn't mean that people who want to be civil can't maintain something.

Most people are busy including me if something needs to be addressed it will be.

Don't ruin this board peacefull times because your bored to death, you have kafuka you help maintan the programming of the board.

Why so whiny and shitty just stop already your much more better than this. :/
If the board comes under attack I know who to get in contact with immediatley.

Thanks

You act as if I'm some bored 13 year old lamer who has nothing better to do than pestering a dead board. If that was right, I'd have posted here far earlier.

Staying on a board with a nearly inactive staff is asking for trouble.

Someone prove me wrong.

Oh well man just leave well enough alone and be happy for the good times now.
Yeah your starting to act like your old self when I first met you at neritic. :|
Guess how long it took me to handle you ? "in a instant"
If I had the power to mod here I throw you out for a short while.

Just give it a rest and go post up somewhere ?

But you don't have the power. Too bad

I'll leave it at that. Have fun here.

I may not have the power not to toss you out now, still doesnt mean me or anyone else needs to put up with the garbage..

Why should I contact them, they have eyes they can see whats going on offline or online.
Go back to kafuka and drop this already.

Okay cool! But does it have the enemies from Super Mario Bros. Special in the hack?

Yes it does. check the screen shots, palette wise you could give it a more smb feel with fusoya current LM.

Lunar maguc current versuib for those of you who havent touched LM for so long or new to it.
This version has many updates on hacking smw and more easier to navigate the map 16 editor.
This version has a built in emulator so you may test your levels or imported addmusic ports.

Fusoyas Niche

Lunar Magic requires either the American or Japanese version 1.0 Super Mario World SNES ROM, or the American version 1.0 Mario All Stars + World SNES ROM. Even if you have a level saved to your hard drive, Lunar Magic must still first open up the ROM each time the program is run to access information needed for level rendering.

Keep in mind that while game editors are not considered illegal, distribution of commercial game ROMs is. Therefore, the file does not include an actual Super Mario World game ROM. I suggest you check a search engine for other sites that may conta
in ROMs
.

Here's part one...

Part two...

Part three...

Simple, right?

Don't post up google links showing direct rom links from the search result.
instead Post the direct download url to ips archives in the site saves us a problem in the future.

Touching up the title and menu screens while drawing tilesets (while discarding most of the graphics I drew...) Note that the MM10 Stage Select graphics is only a placeholder.

Nothing much happened since my last post...

- A basic, but new title screen with the MM9-10 style Mega Man logo. Yet no change on Mega. But I still don't know if it should be (R) or TM... BTW, how to disable this picture of Mega, huh..?

I like it, but if you could give the pipes a black lining in between the blue.
It'll make it look more realistic that way.
Also did you change the font in game, looks good man.

That screenshot looks like a came from a old konami contra game!
Looking mighty fine kids, zieldak pm if you would like me to test a whip of your demo.
I'd be more than happy to try it out.

Thanks for the support guys. Thanatos, thanks for that title screen, but the CHR set lacks that many space. I think I really should expand the ROM, but I'm too inexperienced in both ASM and all, I don't think I will. :/ It was a miracle I could make that code for the Reloaded Boss Gauntlet with a bit of help. XD

@Zynk - Yes, I have used Kuja's patch, but I have imported the MM9-10 title screen with TLP, then arranged it with Mega FLE X's TSA editor. BTW, there is a version like that which puts in the JP title screen?
To do it, first import the tiles, enable Scene Screen Mode, go to Bank 13, get the tile editor, TSA editor (3th TSA set, the first one is for the stage select screen) and SBD editor. Then freely edit anything, except Mega on the title screen.

This is my suggestion, why not take thanastos mega man gfx from the title screen and replace the original with it ?
Long as coloring and details arent extensive that would be perfect to have as your title screen.

I meant I cannot use the CRIMSON text. I could use Mega over the original one.

Thats what I meant for you to do only, besides the crimson font you have is still good.
If down the road you wanted to do that ask infidelt for help on it I'm sure he might have some insight into doing it.

meanwhile you didn't say anything to yoshipeach8827 about bumping a seven year old thread and you're coming after me for what I put up? DISCRIMINATION!

Backseat moderate.

Please settle down and hear me out before you go off the deep end.

Thats not my problem if somebody else bumps up ancient threads.
If the moderators see a problem with that they'll do something about it.
Other than the links being posted up incorrectly I don't know why your getting so trolly and what not. :/

Have a good day "stufid".
