mp3, mp4, wav. Movie Studio made an sfk file for each of these, most likely as a reference or something. I dunno.

Hmm I don't know what else to tell you.

Thats the best chance you may have of getting your issued resolved.

Use YY-CHr load the rom in it under nes, you will see garbage in the rom.
That means its unviewable until you use the minus key or + key on your keyboard.
Tap the + key 10 times, press the down arrow button until you see somethings like mario, a shell and other crap.

It will take some time to find marios graphics once you do find it.
Use a image sprite in bitmap format, open another yy-chr in nes format.
Paste your sprite into it and see if it shows up fine.
I recommend you use corel paint shop pro, ms paint and gimp when working with images.

Since I don't have my main computer I may not be able to help out any further.

This may sound strange, but why in the hell does kp care or even you for bringing it here to state that ?

Ever think about the man may not want to be bothered with irc chat time ?
If the man isn't bothering you all, leave well enough alone and continue to rule the irc room.

Im definitly taking my time. Currently working on a new story introduction, but im running into free prg-rom issues with what i want accomplished, so i need to figure out an alternative to making it all work correctly.

Ive started doing some cave redesigns for the shops, and regular caves.

The dungeons still need to be replaced, since i removed its original asm, i just need to find the time for it.

Then i need to disperse where all items will be located within the game.
.

Can I throw you a nice suggestion ?
How about you go find you a legend of zelda oracle of ages rom or links awakening gameboy color and play it.
Take a note of where the items are, how the dungeons are setup and weapons or items are located.
You may want put your items like the way the gameboy series does it.

If you do it this way it will take less time to setup your locations, your ready items you've been working on for decades.
And get your alpha rolling in the next 45 days.

Both games I mentioned should take you a week to beat if you play it off and on the road.

Access is denied.

The item you selected is unavalible. it might have been moved, renamed, or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list?''
I clicked no how can i solve my problem.

Screenshot the error and bring it here so we can see whats going on.
What I highlighted in your quote isn't making enough sense.
Are you denied from using internet explorer or for that matter are you the administrator ?

I wanted to use LA as a template, but i dont have the time to tear through a new game to myself. I tried looking online for a massive overworld map, with item icons over areas, but there are none i could find.

Heh. ok download the rom anyway, next download this:
http://www.zophar.net/savestates/gameboy/legend-of-zelda-link-s-awakening-dx.html
Use visual boy advance if you don't already, the desmume emulator is annoying.
Now read this when you want to, that should help much better.
http://www.zeldadungeon.net/Zelda04-links-awakening-walkthrough.php

Since your hack doesn't rely on many event and trigger points like la or ladx does this would be the best way to keep you working.

Alrighty then the spc2midi export and conversion problem has been fixed.
What fixed the issues ? thank anvil studios for this.
You may go here for more info:

Until the admins fully review this with me and test for now you can rip the spc and use in your own rom hack or etc projects.

You eh, I recognize you from kafuka ville. :/
Well for starters I like what you have man, but if its going to feel and play like the gb/ds series.
For gods sake, please update the inventory gfx, update the npc gfx throughout the game.
I dont see many people doing that to fully utilize their hacks these days.

I like your boat, but it needs abit more color to it, brighten the wood a tad bit.

As I recall, the menu is restricted to 2BPP graphics, making it more difficult to modify them to the standard of the rest of the hack. It looks amazing so far though.

Well I'm not really referring to the menu.
I mean't if he could work with the items, some enemies and other stuff it would really make his hack stand out more.
I mean if he sticks with the original graphics...
To me it doesn't entice me or lure me to play it much because I would be bored with it in a matter of minutes.

I meant to ask something as well that no one has bothered to ask.
Can hyrule magic get a bit of an update ? o0
Black magics export gfx and import feature, would go so well with hyrule magic right about now.
I wish fusoya would work on it some do it but he would turn it down within in instant.

These also aren't the same graphics from lttp AT ALL. When's the last time you played?

Zelda3 hacking is complicated as it is there isn't a lot of room for graphical improvement unless you reallocate all the graphics brand new like parallel universes for example

Easy man, calm your nervers for abit alright ? :|
When I said change some of your graphics I meant it. :/
Meaning what you say ? how about your inventory items ?
Check out your screen you hosted up, all new you say ? right I recognize some of those graphics from 1991 ? o0
How about you sift through the exported allgfx.bin file and update the water tiles abit more ?

Just trying to give you some some critique, not trashing your work or anything like that.
Its your hack so you can do what you want with it.

stay cool man and merry christmas.

PS
The person who made Hyrule Magic was Sephiroth3, not Fusoya. HM is buggy, so basically there is no stable main editor for this game.

I already know that and I know sephiroth doesn't want to attempt tp update hyrule magic.
All I was thinking if fusoya could make the exporf and import feature into HM and nothing more.
It would be much more better than dealing with cmd prompt to do it. :/

Only wishfull thinking on my part. :|

Hi everyone. I'll make it short.
I've started a new project on Dec 09. It's time to release a small demo of Mega Man Crimson!

Only Gemini Man is playable, others are disabled.
Get equipped with your copy here.

Please read the text files for further information.

Also, 2 pictures of 2 other levels. They look like this on purpose. These were drawn by me, 100 Percent Custom.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Those screenshots look sooo damn sexy. X_X
When I get back home later, I'll give it a run on my supercard 2 and host some feedback.

Sorry but it still messes up, if you pick up the sword...
And you hit the b button to swing it, it freezes and crashes the rom.

I'll test it some more later on and I'll record some footage to explain what I mean.

I confirm the bug reported by MikeTechno. I use Nestopia 1.4.1 on Mac. The selection screen works well, including music (minus a few artifacts on screen during the initial loading process). After I take the sword, pressing the B button freezes the game. If I try to move to either edge of the screen, the screen goes black for a few frames and the same screen is loaded...

EDIT: I patched on PRG0 and everything works fine...

Do you have a link to this prg0 ?
The only link infidelt hosted up for his alphas was .ips file and nothing more than that.
When I get back home tonight I'll test it with what you've tried.

@Infidelt: sure 45 people may have it working correctly, but I don't know what the heck happen on my end or yours. :|
Go take your ips and apply it to a clean rom, you run it in nestopia and swing your sword. :/

It will lock up and say "CPU" freeze, not trying to make this hard but this is what I have been dealing with..

Little bit curious, but do you have a screen or 2 to show a sample of your work ?
Doesn't have to reveal too much about your projects just something to wet the appetites of old and new rom hackers on here.

Porting over the sound engine is probably more work than adding other features, so I suggest working off the the Akumajou Densetsu ROM instead of the US one since it already has VRC6.

That's the thing I fear on whoever is willing to help out in these projects is to take the easy way out by using the Japanese ROM just for this fact alone. I know it's not an overnight task to do any of this, just don't want to take shortcuts as I'd like to also document stuff along the way since there's hardly any info of how to hack what on Dracula's Curse.

I have asked multiple people on the info to edit the music within Dracula's Curse but all I get in return is either the cold shoulder or some line that they bring up to dodge the fact of giving out the info. I know, to each their own.

I'm still hoping to find anyone that's willing to partake in any of these projects with me though sadly I feel that I might just be splashing water in the end to only just do the graphic editing and that's about it...

You may want to speak to him and see if he might be able to point you in the right direction for importing the sound engine.
[url]http://acmlm.kafuka.org/board/profile.php?id=491[/ur]

I gotta admit though, what you're doing right now, you may little chance of this working.
Anyone else you asked about the info about the sound engine, ask them again and tell them where the music starts off.

I would help you, but I am not a nes hacker, good luck with your project.
