Since DC2.0, like all transparent PNG based schemes, is utterly broken in IE6, I think it's only in the spirit of the poll if I set the default scheme of the board to Miner's Lament if such a useragent is detected.

I probably should compile one of those statistics based on unique IP hits again... last I checked - rather long ago - we had 71% Firefox and 4% Opera users, rest being IE and others.

I think you haven't quite thought this through.

Same, by the way, goes for the badly attuned to each other definitions of "dead" vs. "undead".

Other than that, certain ideas for a more automatically regulated and well-defined achievement system have been floating around for a while. It's a question of time and motivation until someone picks it up and it might be possible to take some ideas from your list too.

I don't think anyone here would mistake that for Vista... (and on that matter, placing people here under the suspicion of being "morons" isn't exactly nice...)

The best thing I can think of off hand is giving you ROM I know to work to try. Check your PMs in a few seconds.

From a ROM? Sorry, unless you have blatant buffer overflow exploits in your emulator and the virus author can accurately predict which one you are going to use, it doesn't work like that.

Otherwise, is the message box you displayed from before or after you replaced the Lunar Compress library? (Could it be something like the binary loader expecting a 64-bit application but getting a 32-bit one?) Is there any interesting information in the "details" view?

The mirror graphics look weird.

The dialogue, as a whole, could use some polishing in terms of literary style.

The level looks too plain and straightforward. Most of the time, you'd just press -> and B.

Other than that, this might be an interesting path you are on.
