It's a graphical meme from 2chan.

There's quite a number of them here.

Took me approximately 2 seconds to type into google and press return.

(For NSF, there is a plentitude of plugins for foobar2000, Winamp or whatever your music player of choice might be.)

There is a search.php. It's just not completely official because it's incomplete, buggy, places a high load on the server and everything.

A... two year and 9 day bump.

I am impressed and shocked at the same time.

With it not looking like many new votes are incoming, it might make sense to axe Daily Cycle too and tell the people to conclusively spread their votes between Fragmentation and Miner's Lament...

So you mean... cut off everything past a certain world including warp pipes leading there and plain progress beyond that point? It's a bit hard to understand the implications of your question.

Quite very impressive. It's remarkable how profoundly the scope of what you can do expanded with all the new features... I should have a look into proceeding on my own try project later...

(Also, I'd be surprised if this kind of possibilities doesn't motivate more people to make tries instead of just throwing out one boss after the other at last.)

As suggested by CyclopsCaveman, Daily Cycle 2.0 (beta™) is now available as an option.

"Minus World" and "Daily Cycle", meanwhile, are now axed for lack of votes compared to the frontrunners. Do not vote for those options anymore; if you voted for any of them, please change your vote to one of {Fragmentation, Daily Cycle 2.0 (beta™), Miner's Lament}.

The learning curve was too steep, the editor lacked micromanagement features that would have made larger projects bearable (like, a personal top issue for me, the option to edit in isotiles rather than blocks). Everyone waited for 1.1, which hasn't been released to date.

Why do people still vote for Daily Cycle? It was disqualified.

I'll remove it from the DB together with all the votes.

Huh, Daily Cycle is just Fragmentation with a shifting colourset.

Still, I like them both, so best of both worlds.

The background is somewhat different (though it's generated from Fragmentation's), too...

edit: Since Fragmentation is quite far behind now (5:13:13), I would ask the remaining Fragmentation voters to distribute their votes over the two remaining options, Daily Cycle 2.0 and Miner's Lament.

At my school, if you could get a 100% on every single math competition for over a year, everyone would literally revere me as a god. Not to mention that being in PRISM would let me be a year ahead in History and English as well instead of just two in Math and one in Science like right now, so my class rank is improved. Cheating on the SAT with time travel would be awesome, and then I would be revered as a major deity for getting a 2400. Then I'd start martial arts at a young age and be wonderfully good at it, so that covers my physical attributes. Not to mention, of course, the fact that I could find and join acmlmboard at a young age.

KEIKAKU DOORI
So I see you've fully embraced those "if only I had been capable of what I am capable of now 5-10 years ago" thoughts I occasionally observed in myself but tried to ignore.

You know, the remarkable thing about becoming better at things is that it just enables you to get to know more people who are still better than you anyhow. For someone as competitively minded as you, I can only imagine that being a very grounding experience along the lines of "no matter how hard I try or how far I get, I wind up being defeated anyhow".

I had to chuckle a bit when I read that the host that image is on is named "farm1.static.flickr.com"...

Apart from that, I think it's fair to say most are looking forward to the new version. If you are still taking feature requests, please add some kind of micromanagement mechanism to make it possible to paint in isometric tiles rather than the 16x16 display ones.

Yeah. Staff decided that your three day ban should not only be a ban from the board but also a ban from womanhood.

Couldn't you at least have made decent controls? Like, ones that don't involve clicking 5x5 pixel buttons with a barely visible crosshairs?

(And what's with all those oddball warnings about disk access in the readme file? If even 1% of that is true, I'd say this is quite the hardest programming failure I've ever encountered.)
