But I'll accept the idea that you didn't even know. <--Despite the relatively large, bright button on the bottom of every page. -->

I don't remember anything like a button.

I looked at your board one or two times back when it was new (did that ominous button exist back then at all?) and then stopped caring. As it is now, I can't even remember the URL.

And Google reveals their new almight AI! I expect this to be a huge success.

I can't overstate my satisfaction. If they can replace the pigeons that way, PETA will be glad too, I'm sure~

Also, possibly related on some layer?

In elementary school days, yes, perhaps extending to my first year or so at what you'd consider middle school.

I generally didn't "win" in the strictest sense as it was nearly all me-vs-a-multitude-of-guys situations, but wound up beating up single ones fairly badly because I tended to lose any notion of restraint once perceived injustice against myself sent me in flying rage mode.

Needless to say, the only one who got in trouble for it afterwards was myself.

I don't remember anything serious enough to be called a "fight" taking place in higher school years anymore. Unless, of course, you count blowing up like 20 email accounts and some .tk-style homepage redirects of someone from a parallel class who had the cheek to tell me I had "no idea about the internet" and subsequently being threatened with a detention unless I return them by his tutor after he went to complain. (I only returned like half, so I guess I'd have won that one...)

At first, I thought this was talking about sacrificing administrators to the banned.

Wait, that wasn't actually the plan?

I can't believe Stark would lie to me!

What happened to the last two days' rankings, anyway?

(Also, will we get a new thread for April?)

Beyond that, I probably should say that the point differences among the top three are rather remarkable.

For being such anti-corporate dicks, they sure know how to turn shit around in a flash. Personally, I stopped using Piratebay in favor of other trackers. All I forsee is a big corporate sellout, removal of protected media, and a large decrease in users.

Also, members only plz.

Eh heh heh... what?

Either he fell for it, or it was his very own attempt at a prank... and I'm leaning towards the former.

Graxy was an April Fools joke only playable using the "beta" and only on April 1. It's a giant Try that recreated most of Gradius V stage 1.

Vid here: Graxy

I presume the remix of that Zelda 2 song was added in by yourself? (edit: disregard that, I should actually watch until the end of the video before posting...)

Either way, that looks quite awesome. I need to adjust my system clock and test it later...

Glitches rarely display completely random data, though, which is why a more regular/recurrent line structure would be more natural.

It might be because music is more easily discussed in IRC these days, and the "active nucleus" of the community strongly has shifted there...

Either way, I'm currently listening to Bruckner's 5th symphony. While not anywhere near as well known as the huge works by Beethoven et al., I'd say it's a quite beatiful piece of classical music.

Nothing beats sitting at the computers all day and burning two calories per keystroke. It is the only exercise you will ever need.
I wish it were two calories per keystroke. All the damned nerds would be bodybuilders.
Calories are not kilocalories.

If you ever read about some food having n calories, where n<10000, you can be pretty sure they meant the latter.

So today we learned a lesson why you should not be logged in as root.

It wouldn't have made an actual difference. Since I log onto my Linux machine with a plain user account, what I typed actually was sudo shutdown -h now anyway.

The problem I perceive with Minus World is that it lacks the distinction between some table cell colours that other schemes have. If it were to be adopted, I'd probably meddle with them a bit, accordingly; I hope that nobody would mind.

Personally, I prefer Fragmentation. It has a nice dark blue scheme, provides contrast and works beautifully with all the other colours used on the board. It also maintains the continuity of colouring board2 in blue while having sufficiently modern looks, has all the table cells etc. coloured correctly, looks consistent, etc.

I wouldn't be opposed to Miner's Lament either, though I consider it inferior to Fragmentation, or a slightly fixed Minus World, as above, in that order.

I stuck to AMD ever since. They worked without a problem for me and are generally cheaper and better-performing than Intel counterparts in the same class, in my experience.

That sounds like it would be similar to IDA's disassembler.

This "crawling" you are talking about... would it just scan through the flat file for anything that looks like code or instead try to trace jumps and branches from interrupt vectors or anything similar?

clicky

I do some isolated things every now and then. Visible here: slight changes in the window layout (less wasted space), tick offset display, new delete marker, scrollbar (though I can't decide if it looks good or totally awful yet).

It would appear that neither the university network here nor the link (or at least the configuration, I'm not sure if I have all the relevant stuff enabled on the interface) on my server support it...
