I already thought I recognized that character from one of the .hacks, but couldn't figure which exactly it was.

I pretty much gave up on them the moment I realized they were going to try pretending to be "the real Acmlm's Board", systematically suppressing information about this one... if not earlier already.
Either way, I still think of it along the lines of a #nw raid different from the previous ones only in that we were unable to regain control.

I have been here for nearly three and a half years now... a lot of people still predate me by long, but I guess with all the newbies coming, and all the first-hour members having left, I could consider myself one of the oldbies by now.

Yet, apparently, the headshaking factor is much more prevalent with ||board posts.

Seriously, I even considered being active on both sides like many do initially... just, the sheer pointlessness of everything posted there, the only raison d'être apparently being "HURR HURR WE R BETTER THAN XKEEPERS BOARD" and everything made me reconsider quickly; the knuck/Legion-flavoured constant hatemongering against this forum and the fact they are still trying to convince people who don't know about this place that they are "the Acmlm's Board" and conceal what happened led me to the assumption that taking care of them with force might be the better solution. And no matter how much Legion goes on whining about how badly we bash them: we are neither the ones who started doing not, nor the ones who do it the most, nor the ones who are trying to hide their existence from their members.

Yes, I am quite positive that if we just ignored them, they would fall apart just like board.acmlm.net did; however, isn't a bit of silly cyberwarring more fun? (Fireboard, ASUKAMAN and smwedit are all cases that clearly speak in favour of that being the case) It's not like we have anything to lose.
And before you, ||board-bound readers, get offended over that statement, I would like to point out that the most frequent complaint you word against this faction is that we are "too serious business".

By force, I mostly meant making sure every last Acmlm's Board member that might not know about this (here) at least gets to know there's two boards, in what they differ and what caused the split, even if it takes registering at their board and tossing around PMs or even registering 3000 users with "acmlm.no-ip.org" in their nick. (coughxkcough)

I've been to Sweden before, but thanks to bad coordination I didn't exploit the chance to meet up with Ailure (though he was in like 30km radius) nor to pots from there. I might fix that at some point in the future, whenever I have too much free time.

I use , and a lot...

As for the spelling thing, I tend to mix British and American spelling depending on the word... like I usually write "colour", but "center" rather than "centre". Metric units and Celsius temperatures... that comes naturally.

Other than that, I used to have the tendency to post in a lengthy, rantsome way... not sure how much of that is left nowadays though...

A while after getting into emulation, I somehow thought it would be kinda cool to have a Secret of Mana map editor.
I googled for the above words, which brought me to FuSoYa's Niche (he had both a "map editor" and "Secret of Mana" on it).
Lunar Magic seemed kind of interesting to me.
Somehow (I think it was linked somewhere on his site) I got to the board and went hai2u;;.

The first one says "requested page not found"... as for the second, the comment above the video reads pretty much "Mario Kart with something human-like running". Don't see where the "strange" comes from though.

On the preceding question, I remember updating a link on http://vip.rgr.jp/sm4wiki/ when we moved. It would appear they at least have a decent deal of information on there.

As some of you might have noticed, a large-scale flood appears to have occured over at ||board recently.

In case the person behind it was anyone from here... cut it down.
You want to see ||board dead? Ignore them. Every time you give them something to bitch about, you just boost their activity. Most assuredly, a series of posts that is easily deleted without trace with two SQL commands is not a successful or particularly intelligent way to harm them. They have not much more than a one-digit amount of active members who are not AOL grammar speaking one-day visitor noobs - for a community that is based solely around the idea of opposition to or "being different" than another, that is not exactly the configuration to achieve longevity unless somebody pours oil into the fire from outside. Most the posts made at their board are, in the one or other way, complaining about our community, administration, our members' sexual habits or leading unison "discussions" about how pathetic we supposedly are. The fact they still haven't gotten bored from it is, partially, your responsibility.

Besides, as far as I can tell, they haven't started a single considerable (if any at all) raid against us to date. By doing so in a manner that can clearly be associated with ABII, you are just making us as a whole look stupid.

So yeah, stop it.
