Obviously, its rear end poses as a sorts of weakpoint; the glowing blue things go down considerably faster than any of the guns in the front. Still, thanks to its constant front-turning, it provides a nicely challenging experience. Good job.

...while I clenched my teeth over every subject I had to abandon when passing from the (dictated-schedule) 10th grade into the (partially selectable schedule) 11th grade in order to suffice the maximal number of lessons a week constraints.

Sure, there were some subjects I would have loved to abandon, but all of those were compulsory.

Yeah; also German (first language, i.e. mark=rand()%16) and, to a lesser degree, Geography (rote memorization) and History (rote memorization+I already knew all the interesting parts of what was told).

In theory (theory being efficient programmers), animating a desktop could have worked without much of a performance hit as early as 10 years ago.

But yeah, theory.

Yeah, like everybody has one.

For me, it lately has been a lot of
· ITs from Within a Deep Forest (since I've been working on something where I used them as test input)
· Satou Rina & Inoue Marina & Chihara Minori - Kokoro no Tsubasa (Minami-ke Okawari's opening theme; doesn't fit the mood of the series at all, but a very pretty song on its own)
· various elements of Ace Combat soundtracks
· Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei's soundtrack
· awesome Gregorian choir music I found on an old CD when dusting up my cupboard

As you see, my taste in music is very weeaboo-influenced.

However, as far as genres go, I do listen to pretty much everything...

Having too many different types of countries ("floating citadel" already was pushing it) would make the situation lower-quality in the "one elf village, one human village, one ork village, one magic village RPG" way.

Just cut off a slice of Ailure's territory or one of the smaller islands.

Conversely, I listen to it all the time when I am at the computer (resource-saving players running in the background <3), which in turn easily adds up to 14+ hours a day when I don't have school.
