I'm gonna reply a video link to show you how to do it but in the N64 Sound Re-placer
at the top left click "File" and hover your mouse over "Open known game" then hover
over Star wars rogue squadron and select

"Super Mario 64 U" if your using the American copy
"Super Mario 64 E" if your using the European copy
"Super Mario 64 J" if your using the Japan copy
"Super Mario 64 J Shindou Edition" if your using the 2004 Shindou copy of Super Mario 64

Then after clicking on one a window should open up selecting the ROM file of the game.

NOTE! I DO NOT INDUCE PIRACY,PLEASE BUY THE RETAIL GAME OR THE VIRTUAL CONSOLE VERSION BEFORE DOWNLOADING ROMS!

At the top but not the very top there should be a arrow list (whatever you call it) called Soundbank, click on it and select the name with 0A at the front.

And in the Sound area click "Play" and the sound playing should sound like a high pitched mario.

Under neath the sound bank section Should be the Instruments section and this is where you can change the voice.

After you have chosen the voice or instrument to change click "16-bit Raw" in the Import section.

NOTE! Nintendo 64 despite having stereo options dosnt support stereo WAVS so please make sure they are MONO.

After you done click "File" in the top left and click save rom.

I will post a video about this if you don't under stand this.
