pacnsacdave, the creator of this thread and the game in this thread is demanding money for a level and graphics hack of a game that doesn't even belong to him and sells it as his own game (even though it's not).
While ROM hacking in general is pretty questionable in terms of legalness, that's something I have to admit, what pacnsacdave does is right down pirating! And I think he should be permabanned for this!

You, sir, are a whining ass bitch! That man has done nothing wrong. He releases most of his hacks to the public, and it's his choice whether or not he wants to release certain hacks. This is a ROM HACKING board, and he is giving info on a ROM HACK. He has done nothing wrong! Anyone that hacks roms are doing something illegal as well, but no one is crying about that. Everyone that hacks roms is taking someone else's work and changing it in some way. Only homebrews are original, and I don't see you popping out any homebrews lately. You're just whining because he didn't release the .isp file. Big Whoop! And I highly doubt the active staff will permaban pacnsacdave because in light of your opinions, many of us on this board enjoy his hacks, and know he's contributed plenty to this site and rom hacking. And if you don't like the man's hacks, that's fine, but why cry about them just because your cheap ass can't download it? Stop being a jealous HATER!

BTW, I hope you're reading this because this one guys opinions have absolutely NO merit on this board as a whole. I personally love your hacks, and hope to continue seeing more from you in the future. Your talent just has some of these guys jealous and hating.
