It depends. I personally think blackhole should ask the other admins to come check this place regularly if they can make the time for it, since activity seems to be picking up again as of late.

(also, I miss ninjablooper being part of the community)

Would be nice to also see a few more staff members who can dedicate themselves to be part of managing the community. Maybe Googie and Stufid could help out?

The title screen colours clash badly though in my opinion with the palette changes, perhaps darken the palette on the level design so the title actually stands out properly?

Why would you use higan for NES emulation, just to ask? Pretty sure it's in a premature state compared to other, more developed NES emulators.

Also, puNES is the most accurate NES emulator available, I believe.
