it's not one of those "it works, so I won't break it by cleaning it up," but much of the program follows a mode of logic which I figure by this time I'd likely have forgotten.
This is THE reason to write clean, readable, well-commented code. I've had to re-do a few programs because after going off to do something else for a while, I come back and can't make any sense of the code. I've forgotten which function does what and how this is handled and there's no information to remind me, and the code is messy as hell. I make a point of avoiding that now.

It would be written in C for cross-platform support
W0000000000t. You do mean C, though, and not Visual C++? I sure hope so.

* If I do this, you think the editor will actually get a little bit of attention this time?
It'll help, but it's up to you to generate some too.

Please, no negatives or three-digit numbers.
So I can say 99 right? Nah, I'd say about 6.5. I'd love to see it done, but as someone with no real spare time between his own projects and work to help, and who doesn't play F-Zero a whole lot, it's not something I'm going to drop everything for.

It could also indicate removed debug code.

Yeah, like everyone else said your graphics are phenomenal but suffer from three problems consistently:
1) Lack of background detail in some areas (solid colours)
2) Mismatched perspectives (pipes vs wood platforms)
3) BG objects looking like part of the FG.

HDMA would be quite useful for #1 if you can implement it.

I still feel OoT is the best game made in a long time, LTTP a close second, but this has a lot to do with me still not getting around to actually finishing TP. I haven't played it enough to judge yet. (I know, WTF is wrong with me?)

JAnd for everyone's info, I've always intended to give out everything once people started being nice.... and I now see that it simply can't happen. Most people won't even try to take the benefit of the doubt and try to be nice.
Oh here we go. "Yeah I have it and I was going to give it to you but you're mean so now I won't." If I had a nickel for every time someone has used this excuse to not give up something that doesn't exist.

Seriously, if you are in fact not a liar, you can end this by just POSTING SOME GODDAMN PROOF. How can you expect to make such wild claims and excuses and not be called a liar when you refuse to back them up?

After using Nintendo's shitty worn out N64 controllers for a while, my thumbs hurt like fuck. I have to wear gloves. But I replaced those with a nice Hip Gear controller.

Apparently there was one more change: you can't use the drive debug command in software anymore. Thus, you can't softmod it by running GCN homebrew; you need a chip, period.

I thought the time limit just ruined it. One of the nice things about adventure games is exploring, collecting, not necessarily doing what you need to do next just yet, and doing it at whatever pace you want when you do. A time limit pretty much eliminates these options, especially since you lose all the nice things you collected when you go back.

2262. Not being able to remember how a cool song goes because it has a similar pattern to other cool songs, so you end up just recalling them instead.

363. Fixing and improving my post stat block. Now has more room for a custom title (shorter URLs), a cooler name link, and doesn't overlap the stuff below it. PM me if it breaks.

I suppose I should thank Sukasa, I noticed his seemed to have done something that I had been trying to do... while it turned out not to be doing that it was looking at his code that got me into fixing my own.

Right. Anyway.

364. Having a good memory for sound.

TheGreatGuy, you can turn up the speed in the control panel of any decent OS. And Ranko, you might try this for your link. As for Radio Shack (or Circuit City as they now call them here), I've noticed the employees aren't always that smart. I ask if they have a given product, they claim it doesn't even exist, I find it at Zellers or Future Shop.

I just remembered the other problem I have with cheap mice: they're inaccurate, and tend to bounce around a little as I move them, or sometimes even shake while perfectly still. So it seems my choices are:
-A mouse with no precision
-A mouse whose cord will break within a few weeks
-A wireless mouse that won't work in my room
-A mouse that costs $120
All no good IMO, but I'll probably end up going for the last option when I finally save up for all the other computer-related junk I want.

One thing I like to do though is keep MouseKeys on in Windows. This lets me use the numeric pad to move the mouse with pixel-perfect accuracy. It's very useful. You can turn it off too by just turning Num Lock on.

My first SMW "hack" filled in the holes and added 3up Moons everywhere. IIRC I gave some guy a copy and he released it under his own name... but it sucked so pfft.

1) I just figured the way he did his backgrounds was his artistic style...
It's a consistency issue. Some have tons of detail, others are very plain and contain mostly a solid colour.

3) Could you give a more detailed response? I don't recall this being too much of an issue. As for the only BG object looking like part of the FG...that would be the woods level and it actually has FG, so that is good as it is for that level anyways...

h) None, the only Wii Point Cards I can find in stores are outrageously overpriced and I don't have a credit card.

How far in did you have to be to get those songs? I never actually owned the game, so I didn't get very far.

Yeah, I don't watch the news, so I wouldn't know much in the way of politics. It's not really fair to gauge someone's intelligence based on what they know about one subject.
