New DNB piece from me. Very darkish, ambient piece. I'm gonna spend a lot more time on completing and perfecting it this weekend. Any suggestions on what I should do are greatly appreciated.

All three of the songs are loops intended to be used in flash movies and games. Blast is a more action style loop, testing sounds more like a puzzle loop, and Cloud Cover was just some fun with effects and what not. Hope you guys enjoy these, though they aren't full length songs.

EDIT: Forgot to make the link clickable.

Nope. I put them out there to be used by everyone. Just make sure you give me credit.

That's pretty cool. Looks almost like a painting. What's with the black lines though?

I just got a new harddrive yesterday since we were running low on space. I've been putting a lot of files on there so I can finish my installation of Live. Yay for 300 GB of free space.

Personally I like the one on the left the best. The colors on the right look smoother, but I like the darker shade more.

It's that time of year again where people pull the crappiest of pranks and people fall for them. This is a very sad time, yet it's so much fun to make lol at the n00bs.

The progression was slow. They didn't give much time for Venom at all. Other than that it was a fairly decent movie. Some of the effects were amazing, but some of them were so obvious that it ruined that part. I can see how they spent $350 million on that.

That doesn't make sense to me. How are you going to start a series and just because you didn't get the viewer turnout that you expected, you end it? I understood why they did that with The Loop, The Winner, and a few other shows they had, but with a continuous show? That's like building up the suspense in the movie and then at the climax, it cuts out and you never get to see the end. It's dumb.

The show wasn't really that great anyways. I did watch it, but I didn't really enjoy it.

I would consider this Ambient/Glitch/IDM. It's very Aphex Twin sounding. I think that The Rain is the best song. Just sounds like the most effort was put into it. I would make suggestions for each track, but that would take too long, so I'm just gonna make one generalized suggestion: get better samples. For some of the songs, your drums samples were very odd sounding and didn't really belong. What program(s) are you using to make this?

Reason is not as complicated as it seems, and I personally think Cubase is much more effective. I've been producing myself for a whlie now, but I use Ableton Live. The sampler in that is much simpler than it is in FL as I see it. Learning how to EQ and add proper effects can be hard though. Do you use any sort of VST Plugins?

Found a new VST today, so I was messing around with that. I think I did a good job. Comments?

I was bored so I decided to remix a song a friend of mine made. It's definetely not done, but I'm not sure if I'm going to finish it. Comments appreciated.

Also, for those who care, Pwnshine is finished. I just don't know how or when I'm going to release it. By how, I mean if I'll release to the public for free download or if I'll release it to make some cash.

I play a mean Vibra Slap.

In all seriousness, I can play (in order of quality): Trumpet, French Horn, Mellophone, Piano, and Baritone. I hate bigger mouthpieces, hence why now I'm mostly a French Horn player.

Also, bass clef is a bitch to read if you grew up learning treble clef. I can read it, it just takes me an extra second to figure out the notes.

Don't even need to see the unfiltered version to figure out what's there from the new pic. It just makes it so obvious, with fuzz!

I get out in 8 days. No biggie though because we're doing fun stuff, like making a movie.

Those are some cool looking headphones.

http://www.bose.com/controller?event=VIEW_PRODUCT_PAGE_EVENT&product=qc2_headphones_index

Those are a tad expensive. I would suggest looking for Bose Triport headphones. They run from atbou $139-$189 and they have really great quality.

Get some decent in-ear shure ones.

He's looking for something for his office with noise cancelling. The in-ear headphones are only good for travelling.

I found something that is the exact same thing as the Bose I linked you to for half the price.

http://www.alteclansing.com/product_details.asp?pID=AHP712i

Other than that, if you want a microphone and something a little more basic, definetely go for the Razers. They seem like they are a really good deal. Unless you are using them for audio production, you won't need ultra high quality. I would still suggest the Altec Lansing, but it's up to you what you want in your headphones.

I've signed up, but I haven't bothered doing anything. It'd be much easier to mow a lawn or two to get the money I need to buy a controller or points than to spend countless hours filling out surveys trying to get free stuff. It's not worth it.

Xk is right, it's quite choppy. The light green color doesn't really look right. If you were trying to make it look like cartoonish lighting, it's not right. As for the shadow, the blur looks great, but the movement doesn't really match the pear. The stem moves a lot more in the shadow than it does on the pear.
