I use keyboard shortcuts. They're much quicker IMO.

Note: Don't rely on a server who's owner disappears after a week of getting it set up.

Any temporary #acmlm channel? I set up my own (irc.deltaanime.net #prison) for those who visited my channel.

On the news: "There was a 911 call today about a baby being thrown off a bridge sometime around 11:00 PM last night..."

Yes, I know it's wrong to laugh at that, but I find it hilarious.

Like it or not, they are an officially recognized religious organization. Their members are a bunch of loonies and scam artists, but that's true of most (if not all) major religious organizations.
Am I too late to call Dracula here?

If not, "perhaps the same could be said of all religions!"

First off, you can't have a scam unless money is involved. If the religion doesn't ask for donations, then it is not a scam. Also, for some religions, like Christianity, the money they make goes back into the community, thus helping the people. Next time you make a biased comment, make sure your facts are correct.

Well nucleus.kafuka.org (port 6660~6666,6668,6669) works as a temporary solution.

Sucks. Might as well use a different server.

I would suggest irc.djbouche.net (it's exactly like EmoNET except 1- it doesn't go down every 5 seconds and 2- the services have weird shift-jis names) but Xkeeper regged #acmlm and added * to the #acmlm akick list.

You only want to move their because Xk moved there. My friend has a server that's fairly reliable if you want to move there. However, I still suggest a larger server because they're generally more stable and have owners that actually check up on the server from time to time.

No I want to move there because it's like EmoNET but apparently that means going offline too.

There are tons of other servers out there that are the same as EmuNet and have much better uptime. I could name a few if you want me to.

[16:46:59] Xkeeper>> I should make a ~ban command
[16:47:05] Xkeeper>> that spits out some random board2-style excuse for not doing it
[16:47:34] Xkeeper>> my personal favorite: "we can't ban , they post too much"

Hypocrisy much?
Was there someone Xk didn't ban because they "posted too much"? Because I sure don't remember that.

Legion got banned here once. Along with Zem, Grey Mario, and other active posters. I'm sure if post count mattered they wouldn't have gotten banned ever.

Centralchat. It's a server I go to that's got great uptime and has all the features of EmuNet + more. The IRC ops are really nice there as well.

Shadow-Realm. Really small IRC network that's basically the same as EmuNet.

I was gonna mention GamingG's server as well, but ArBeWhat is not pleased with that.

GG's server is just lolsucks. Unless he fixed all the myriad problems that were plaguing it before?

CC sounds like a good idea, what's the link to connect to it?

Honestly I have no clue what's wrong with GamingG's server other than OperServ at the moment. It's been working fine ever since he disabled BotServ.

Centralchat is irc.centralchat.net.

CC doesn't seem to have a HostServ (vhosts). Oh well.

It used to. They changed the services though so it's done through NickServ now, and you have to actually contact an IRC op to get it set.

Stop trying to install it on an Apple.

What? Commodore != Apple

Oh. Well, with the amount of RAM you have I figured you were trying to install it on a Mac Pro.

Given that Lunix was only ever made for the Commodore 64 and 128s, you look like a dumbass.

Oh. *wrists*

This board doesn't deserve a display case.

The display case would be used to show all the threads of utmost stupidity, duh. Did you think they would put good threads in there?

Yes.
