Well, it sounds like a good idea, but:
As you can see, I never replaced or deleted them. I'm now getting more and more the feeling that there seems to be something trivial that I am missing. |

Oh, now I understand!
Welp, looks like I really changed some banks in the GFX Set 1E by accident. After changing them back to what was displayed by you, the question marks finally display properly again, so thanks. |

Ah, okay. That at least explains why I cannot open it on MegaFLE X.
And yeah I will definitely say that you made the original and that I added the missing parts. P.S.: I'm really sad that your development on MegaFLE X stopped before a proper text editor could have been implemented, because even to this day, games like MM3 still don't have a proper text editor. |

Posted by Zieldak But what if I want to replace text with longer text? Like, I want to replace Top Spin with Whirlpool. |

Yeah, but the thing is: That's not even his own programming.
This is literally just a level and graphic hack of the original Mr Gimmick. Maybe a music hack as well, but I'm not 100% sure about that, since I don't remember the original Gimmick for its music. |

Sorry for the double post, but I'm still trying to figure out to find animation/frame data of game objects easily, so I can change them myself.
Right now, I need that for the Big Health Refills and Big Ammo Refills. |

Posted by kuja killer Hmm...weird, I don't see any hex that is logged in blue color. Everything on the trace logger is black on white, while the Code/Data Logger doesn't even display any hex...where should I even look at? |

Whoops, forgot to open the Hex-Editor of FCEUX as well...
Welp, now I finally managed to replace the sprites for the Big Health Up and Big Ammo Up for my game as well. Now the Big Health Up is designed after the Sitrus Berry, while the Big Ammo Up is (pretty loosely) designed after the Leppa Berry. |

I got new idea.
Remember Kuja Killer's MegaMan 3 Improvement Patch? Oh god, why am I even asking, you very probably know about that already and still remember about it. So my idea is a MegaMan 2 Improvement Patch, but there is a catch. MegaMan 2 Improvement will actually be a patch...for MegaMan 4! That's right. With that improvement patch, you can now play MegaMan 2 under the engine of MegaMan 4, complete with its benefits like Charge Shots and Sliding. All 8 weapons and all 3 items will be there, but it will also include Rush Coil and Rush Search. Here is what I have planned out so far in terms of replacement: SkullMan -> WoodMan DrillMan -> CrashMan BrightMan -> FlashMan PharaohMan -> HeatMan ToadMan -> BubbleMan DiveMan -> QuickMan RingMan -> MetalMan DustMan -> AirMan Rush Jet -> Item-2 Balloon -> Item-1 Wire -> Item-3 Rush Marine -> Rush Search So...what do you guys think? |

I only use IPS, because that's the only thing I know and the only thing I want to know.
It's also the only thing I can actively work with. |

Posted by BaronHaynes That question confused me a bit, so I tried to put slippery tiles in BrightMan's stage, and yes, the slippery tiles work like regular solid tiles for some reasons... I wonder why that happens... EDIT: Also, when I try to edit the Scroll GFX Load in BrightMan's stage in order to have different enemies, the tiles suddenly change as well, and I have absolutely no idea why... |

If we are going with a MM2 hack in the style of MegaMan 4 Minus Infinity, then it's only natural to call it MegaMan 2 Minus Infinity.
With that said, I'd rather want a MegaMan 3 Minus Infinity instead. |

I would be interested in giving level design a helping hand, but I cannot open MegaMan Oddysey on MegaFLE X, sadly... |

Okay, now I understand what it does.
Well, the slippery tiles work now, although this problem still persists Posted by Trinitronity I also want to reiterate that if I do manage to change the Scroll GFX Load into something that does not screw up the tiles, it does not save the changes. And that happens to absolutely every level. |

Posted by pacnsacdave Me, and a troll? What AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! The only one to be a troll...IS YOU! The Sherlock trademark does NOT belong to you, the sprites used in this game (probably) do NOT belong to you, and the original game, Batman, does NOT belong to you either! You are nothing but a thief. A lazy bloody thief! |
