Posted by Koitenshin +∞Unfortunately, he owns the house. He's a couple years younger than me, but he got a head start on moving out. I was kinda short on funds when my time came, and moving in with him was the cheapest option. He is selling the house in a few months, though, and I finally make enough to afford my own place... ____________________ [citation needed] |

Went to work with a splitting headache, got yelled at by some guy for literally no reason (he even went and yelled at a manager about me!), dealt with idiots all night, left work almost 20 minutes late thanks to stragglers, came home to the putrid smell of chemicals (brother was cleaning his rifle), got online, took a crap, started feeling ill, and here we are.

Posted by JrShrooboidGah, the Slinky Death Loop. Even if you do manage to untangle it, your Slinky will most likely be forever lopsided, unable to sit in a neat pile without an ugly gap where the bent loops are. ____________________ [citation needed] |

Sprite EB also seems to be an unused scroller. Setting it at Y=0 with Extra Info=0 causes layer 2 to endlessly fall straight down very quickly, while Y=0 with Extra Info=1 causes it to endlessly rise upwards. Pretty useless, since layer 2 wraps around and shows garbage. However, setting it to Y=1 and Extra Info=0 activates a completely different, pre-defined scroller...it constantly moves to the right, occasionally slowing down, while layer 2 bobs up and down at varying heights. An unused cave level scroller, perhaps? ____________________ [citation needed] |

A few...uh..."notable" maps I made:
There's some evil voodoo infused into this one or something, because the "car"--given a random starting angle--ended up inside one of the pupils nearly every single time, circling endlessly. This one was pretty boring until I added the dot to the center, enabling the car to change angles. I got it to outline the entire track a few times. I really like this one! Behavior-wise, it was pretty average, until Xk slowed the car down and added some "physics" (gravity, rebounding off walls), at which point it started acting more like a pinball. Fun to watch. No comment. I forgot to save any of the results (d'oh), but hopefully Xk has a few good ones... ____________________ [citation needed] |

So, does all this explain why overlapping translucent objects in N64 games seem to be drawn in the wrong order (i.e. you can see Rainbow Road's star railing clearly through the underside of the road)? ____________________ [citation needed] |

I have an M3 Perfect CF, and it's sexy. It works as both a GBA and DS flash cart, though you'll obviously need either a NoPass or a modded DS to use it in DS mode. ____________________ [citation needed] |

I wouldn't say the M3 Perfect's NDS support is "buggy"...the M3 team does a good job of keeping their tools up to date. There are only a few titles that don't work, AFAIK.
Also, you don't need a passthrough device if you flash your DS's firmware, and there's even a "free" way to do it. If you can find a Max Media Dock at your local Best Buy/Circuit City/wherever, just buy that and a CF card, download and run FlashMe, and then return the MMD for a refund (keep the CF card for the M3). Presto, your DS is ready for the M3. ____________________ [citation needed] |
