Maybe your hack was rejected for having original code due to you shifting data? Use XDelta for the main patch and you'll get a much smaller patch which don't have copyrighted data. Maybe try submitting again with the main patch in xdelta format. I have had to submit most Sonic hacks there in XDelta format as Sonic hackers are fans of shifting data around.

This is one of the reccomended sites that appear somewhare on RHDN. You can use it to upload screenshots, zips, and txt files. You just have to make sure you have a filename that isn't already on use on that site. I don't know how long they leave the files up there but it will be long enough for your file to be uploaded to romhacking.net. Since it allows direct links for all the files that's what I use for my files when I submit a hack.

I noticed the title screen says 1.0 while the download says 2.0. So which is it?

It's good that a editor to this game is being made. I think maybe you should make a game remover so that people will only have to hack one game if they want to.

In SMB if you go over 128 lives the lives go to 0 and you get a game over if you die. Is there a patch to fix this so the lives stop going up at 128? Also, is there a patch to fix the lives counter to stop showing random tiles and actually show a number after you go over 9 lives? Two seperate patches will be fine.

After making that post I noticed RPC 1 and 2 were both on the uploader. But the page don't mention that 1 is for rockman 2 and 2 is for rockman 3. I also don't know if they are the most updated version. The PC2 patch also needs to be renamed before it works.

What a really great idea is a hack for most of the Super Mario Advance series. In Super Mario Bros 2 the max score is so high it would take forever to reach it. In later games the max is lower, probably by one digit. But this makes a big difference as the score can be maxed out without much effort. A hack to increase the max score by one digit would make a big difference. Playing a game with all levels completed and no further score increases feels pretty pointless.

Well, I'd appreciate a patch for either issue. I thought I saw one for the life cap long ago or at least discussion of making one. But I don't have access to any patch anymore.

Probably the best SMB1 graphics I ever saw. The artwork is great. I hope you finish this. I know SMB1 hacks aren't finish tho. Such a small amount of levels to make and simple level design.

Are you converting that to gameboy color, used a emulators sprite coloring feature, or using the Gameboy colorizer tool? The hack looks good btw.
