The flaws in the existing system of education may be attributed to any of the three tiers of command: the governing agents of the curriculum—whether it be the state or the board of a private school—and their inadequacy in addressing the needs of both students and proctors, the proctors themselves—whether in the case of their own inadequacy, or the misjudgment of their pupils, and lastly, the students, and the possibility of their inability to answer the needs of a curriculum, whether effected by a lack of ability and/or dedication—from attitude or simply the constraints of time—in the given curriculum.
Of course, there are the numerous external factors that affect the educational system, such as social impacts and not-too-comely environments, but these are of another realm completely, and must be thus dealt with using variable methods. Pragmatically, the environment that an education takes place in cannot hope to be changed nearly as much as education itself. Education must build about the foundation of society, and not vise-versa. Instead of shying from the new technology that society introduces, the educational system must see that such technology is properly integrated into the educational system.
