za909 C&D2 not supported for now, it has а different level format, but maybe I'll add it in the next release of the editor

You need to select filename to open (USA version of Duck Tales.nes, others fine too), and select config file (Config_DT.xml for Duck Tales). Config file provide correct data offsets for this game for the editor |

It's supported.
But before you can edit something, you must select right parameters for video block, big block and block in checkboxes. It also applies for all subeditors. For example, for first level - video=0, bigBlock = 0, block = 0. For other levels you need to spend a bit of time to choose right parameters (the picture will look right with it). If you can't found it yourself, I can help with it. And also you forget to choose right game type in main window (combo box Game = "Duck Tales"). p.s. I found some bug in save enemies' order for duck tales' levels, except one, i'll fix it as soon as possible, for now you can safe edit only level 1 enemies, but it's possible to edit all others aspects of levels. p.p.s. sorry for my english, it's not my native language. |

Posted by Googie Monthly, but you may cancel support at any time. Now I work on rewriting configs to use graphics from ROMs (not prepared pictures) and adding compression/decompression support. There 18 games left (it takes about 2-3 month), then I'll start to improve enemy/object editor system. I have information about objects system in Mighty Final Fight and Little Nemo (in txt format, users of CadEditor collect it for me, but I not check it yet ), if you need it. |

I think, selling hacks/mods is bad and illegal, but I make not hacks, but level editor, it's my own property. I want to create tool like tiled (http://www.mapeditor.org/), but related to old console games.
And it can be used for making hacks by other romhackers, so they can create hacks with it - but it unrelared with editor itself. All tools, source code and access still be free for users and romhackers. |

If so, this is ok, I have no time to prepare sprites with objects for every game, but users can add it themselves, examples provided for games Darkwing Duck, Duck Tales, Tale Spin. If anyone prepare sprites pack for me, I'll add it to editor. |
