And I need a new agahnim sprite should look similar from the dark as in the hack to parallel worlds.
In the boss sprites you have complete freedom in design

Hey guy
Open your hex editor and search for A2 69 26.
This are the colour values of the green frame.
You need to change this values so that the green disappears around your tree.
As an example. By A2 64 60 it is a blue frame

I've exactly used the same green colour for the grass as it is used in parallel worlds. : D
I had to copy and paste only the three values ​​of the parallel worlds rom

Hey guys I have a problem.
How do i chance the block type of the dungeon tiles?
I've tried it but when i chance the value as an example from 2 to 1 and save it doesn't work. I have a really great idea and would be glad if I could get it right.
Has anyone an idea how it works?

Hey guys
First, I want to apologize for my poor knowledge of english greetings from germany.
I think my hack is now ready to be published once in a progress thread.

I baptized my zelda hack: The Legend of Zelda - Prophet of Chaos.
But, enough said. Time for a picture:

The second dungeon is a pyramid dungeon. I call it lovely: The Ancient Maze.
What can I say about this dungeon? It has a very linear structure and in my opinion it is easy to solve.

SePH you just shocked me, really! But it's cool that I have your consent! I know you used some gfx from another games like Golden Sun, Harvest Moon and Four Swords adventures I think it's really great to get feedback from one of the best zelda 3 hacker. I hope I can sometimes ask you for a little help if I need any.

Have you the correct EnemyBlk? For Mouldrum you need the 12.
Look in the dungeon editing screen on the roght top corner of your optionen.

Hey guys.
First the difficulty.
I want to make the game slightly more difficult than A Link To The Past but easier than Parallel Worlds. I'll try to make the middle between the difficulty of both games, because I think A Link To The Past is to easy

Secondly I need help.
I need a background in an area where there is none in the original.
Can someone teach me how I can insert a background by myself?

I've startet the last years again with 5 new roms.
By computer crashes and broken roms I had to start very often again with a fresh rom.
But every time I was faster and better.
So do not get you down and bring us a great zelda hack 3.

The old village cemetery

Once upon a time this place was used as the cemetery of the village.
Now it is a cruel place full of monsters and ghosts. So that these ghosts and monsters can not harm any the cemetery was locked by the village's oldest. What is Link await here?

The Snowy Peaks and The Storm Peak
I will not lose too many words about it. I think pictures say more than words.

In this region will be the third dungeon. Link has to fight up the entire mountain.

But again, I need someone can insert overlays and effects. The region is called The Storm Peak, without flashes it looks bad^^

The Echo Tower
Currently I am working on the echo tower. This tower is on the end of the world behind the snow peaks. For this tower, I had to make a big sacrifice because I need 3 tile sheets. Normally only 2 used for an area.
A feedback for the tower would be great.

Hey Guys :-)
What is the difference between a good dungeon and a normal?
The number of puzzle?
The difficulty of enemies?
Backtracking?

In my opinion nothing of all this!
I think creating a good dungeons require a loot of detailed amorousness.
Of course... anyone can easily take a free room and put some objects and enemies in it. It takes about 20 minutes.
That looks like this:


BUT
to take the time and work 1.5 hours on one room to live and breathe it requires much more enthusiasm.
And that can come of it if you really try to make any room perfect.


A feedback to this post I would really enjoy.
