This is something I've never quite understood. Why do people make such a big deal about Galaga, and smother it with rave reviews when referring to 80's arcade games? ____________________ |

I got a K: drive, just because I repartitioned my drive after installing Daemon Tools (with 3 fake CD drives), and had 2 USB devices plugged in. ____________________ |

I've just finished creating an exact clone of the Atari 2600 game "Adventure" in flash!
Go to http://www.dwedit.org/adventure/ to play the Wii-Friendly version, or http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/391061 where it got a really crappy score. And when I say exact clone, I mean exact clone. As in "I used a disassembly". ____________________ |

I'm just wondering if you could split the computing board into a programming part, that's the only major thing I miss from the old Acmlmboard. ||board has it split, nobody posts there since there is no intelligent life on ||board.

Are you sure it's running faster? It has a timer system to ensure the game runs at 60 frames per second, no matter how crappy your CPU or Browser is. If you are used to PAL speed of 50FPS, then yes, 60FPS is faster.
And no, it's not "Pretty accurate", it's exact. Only difference is that it does not simulate the bridge sprite wraparound when the bridge is placed on the right edge of the screen. ____________________ |

I'm looking at that screenshot of the Forest Palace. It looks like that stalfos is about to take a very hot bath. But if that stalfos was placed further to the left, and Link did not have the downward thrust, then that would be frustration city. ____________________ |

If you want to map out the SRAM, I'd say write DEADBEEF repeatedly across the SRAM area, then create 3 new saves, then play through the game. Whatever stays as DEADBEEF is probably free SRAM. ____________________ |
