My only suggestion is that you somehow make the lightning effect happen at random intervals instead of that steady flash, other than that it looks very nice. |

Ummm... back on topic ... Cheep-Cheeps and Goombas look a little wonky color wise in those pics, I understand the color sharing and all that, but I'd suggest fixing that if you plan on any future releases. |

So I'm working on graphics for my Warcraft guild's website and this is the banner I came up with. It's got our flag, name, and the 4 original members.

According to the phone call I got from Gamestop, I'm going to be able to pick mine up at the stroke of midnight. I can't wait. As for the poll, I probably wouldn't do like anything regularly, but I'd probably join in every now and then. |

Actually I've mained Samus for a looooonnng time. If you can use her right, she is like the perfect character to use against someone who is overly defensive due to her aerial fighting style.
Really you only have to remember four things to use Samus well. Use bombs to slow your fall and get cheap shots, In the air you should attack and then screw attack after they dodge, use your running shoulder strike to knock people into the air, and if you want to hit someone with the charged shot, shoot a missile right before you shoot the charge shot so it will hit them right after they dodge. Keep all that in mind and the only way someone can really keep you at bay is if they never jump. Oh, and her regular air attack (she kicks) is killer if someone's % is high. I'm just mad that they changed the screw attack item, for some reason I have a really hard time chaining a double screw attack jump and Samus' screw attack together. |

You're challenging everyone though aren't you? And I mean that's not all I do with her, that's just like main things you should keep in mind if you plan on using her. The main things she's good for though for playing against other people is that you can really mix up her attacks in an erratic pattern. Oh and the charge beam is totally useful if you know when to use it, I've gotten a lot of KOs with that thing. |

The only thing that was green on me during St. Patrick's was my liver this year. Then again, my city celebrates it on the weekend before, so I didn't really do anything on the real holiday. |

Apparently it's been possible for a while now. It's just for running homebrew right now, and the selection is limited, but possible future apps are things like Linux, or some sort of DVD player. The best part about it though is that all you need is a copy of Twilight Princess that you've played at least once, and an SD card.
You can check more out here: http://wiibrew.org/index.php?title=Twilight_Hack I got it running on my Wii, so it's super easy to do. I'm normally kind of an RTard when it comes it this stuff. |

There's some GC homebrew that got ported over that still requires the adapter thing, like the Genesis emulator, but hopefully as new programs come out, the need for that thing will be reduced. I'm pulling for the DVD player to get made, that would be perfect. |

Actually only three. The 4th one is used for the status bar, so I can't really mess with it... As for the columns, I'm going to mess with them a little, I'm trying to sort of retain the architecture of Dracula's castle, and for the most part, columns are like that, where they would be built one short segment at a time. |

Excuse the crappy music, it's just the best video I could find of it. This is the best thing that ever came out of the creation of MUGEN. Just google Mortal Kombat Project to find it. |

Well lately I've been digging into my older stuff, back when I listened to nothing but punk and ska. So I've been listening to stuff like The Vandals, The Misfits, and Catch 22. Right now I'm on a serious Vandals kick though, especially because I found out they have a cover of the Queen song "Don't Stop Me Now" which is one of my favorite songs ever. Not to mention the video for the Vandals cover is well... you should probably just see for yourself...

Nice to know this is what Boon meant when he said he wanted to take MK in a gritty more realistic direction. That dude really needs to realize that he makes really crappy fighting games, and the only reason what we like them is because of the glorified violence. Taking fatalaties out of MK, which is what they plan on doing, is pretty much killing the only interesting thing about the franchise to me. |

I'm thinking about taking on a pretty daunting side project here...
(Have to fix that blue part) (already fixed the green) Thanks to Setz for touching up Barret, and Tifa's Hair. |

It's not based off of anything. It's a pirate famicom port of FF7 that some chinese company made from scratch. As far as the project goes, I'm not sure how much I'll actually be able to do yet. The game only runs on Nestopia (it uses some weird mapper that no one ever really needed to support) so I'm sort of left without any of the debugging tools or viewers. It could take one of three forms in the end though:
Complete graphic overhaul (make it look like FF7) Complete graphic overhaul with more balanced difficulty Complete graphic overhaul with more balanced difficulty, and translated to english. Also possible names for the project: Final Fantasy VII: Impact Crisis Final Fantasy VII: Melanin Fix Final Fantasy VII: Under the Rotting Sicilian Pizza Final Fantasy VII: I'm Black Y'all |
