I think green coins should only be given out for contests and the like.. and be worth like 10 regular coins or so each.

Just my idea.

You mean, like Frog Coins from Super Mario RPG!

Great idea.. maybe even have some of the same items! EXP Booster or Coin Trick..

I like the idea of special, green-coin only accessories.

Here are a few ideas:

EXP Booster - Gives 20% more EXP for each new post when equipped, and also increases the rate you gain EXP when idle.

Coin Trick - Doubles yellow coins earned from each new post when equipped.

Scrooge Ring - Halves the cost of all items in the shop when equipped.

Of course, the shop and stuff is a long way away from being completed.. but it's nice to think every once in a while..

I saw the next episode a day early, and here are a few points:

Spoiler:
- No Sylar in this show.. it's all focused on Mr. Bennet.

- Mr. Bennet used to have Claude as a partner, until he hid "one of them".. or something like that. Mr. Bennet tries to kill him and shoots him two times, but then he disappears and is presumed dead (but, he obviously isn't).

- Mr. Bennet works for at least two people. I didn't catch the name of the first guy.. but the second is Hiro's father!

- The reason Mr. Bennet is so protective of Claire is because he would have to give her up to the people he's working for if she ever "manifested".

- Lots of stuff happened in this episode.. but it ended with Mr. Bennet having The Haitian to take Claire away to protect her.. and shoot him (non-fatally) to make it look like it wasn't planned by him. The Haitian also erases Mr. Bennet's memory.

- Matt Parkman may end up being Mr. Bennet's new partner, now that The Haitian is on the run.

It came on a day early in Canada this week.. it's normally on Monday like everywhere else.

Spoiler:
Lots of black & white flashbacks.. and seeing Hiro (very briefly) as a kid was pretty cool too. Also.. if Claire hadn't stopped Ted Sprague, he would have most likely blown up a good chuck of Texas.

I'm taking my time typing this out.

No use of the delete key, or backspace.

Though, I am looking at the keyboard while I type to make sure I do well.. it's not so hard if you take your time.

Yeah, glad to see they finally gave Mr. Bennet a backstory besides "Horn-Rimmed-Glasses guy who abducts people".

A few more Super Mario Bros. codes from me:

VVNEAXSE - Enable "Second Quest"
AANAAXZG - Enable Level Select (not made by me, but required for the code below)
NNXAZZYE - Can choose up to World 255 on Level Select

If you want to just try the "Restompable Goombas" thing, enter these three codes:

TAEGYZZA + TAXKTYZA + VVNEAXSE

I have a real copy of Kirby Super Star for SNES.

I don't know for sure, but I think that game was considered to be rare.

Actually, if you live in Canada (like me).. you'll be able to catch the next episode on Sunday night again, on most Global stations at 10 PM.

A few spoilers for the next episode (since it came on tonight in Canada):

Spoiler:
- The opening words are in Japanese.

- Mohinder figures out that "Zane" is Sylar and drugs him. He later tries to shoot him, but Sylar regains control of his powers and stops the bullet in mid-air.

- Simone is really dead. A new Hero (Candice) is a shapeshifter and took Simone's form to get rid of the police knocking at Isaac's door so they can get rid of Simone's body.

- Ando hasn't left after all, and comes to Hiro's aid. He gets the sword and teleports himself and Ando out.. but they end up on "the rooftop" in the bad future where the bomb went off!

- Candice tricks Mr. Bennet into telling what he knows about what happened to Claire, by disguising herself as his wife.

- Claire runs away from The Haitian to look for Peter. She ends up at his apartment in New York but Peter's mother is inside instead and also The Haitian! She reveals herself as her grandmother and that she's been protecting her.

- We finally see Linderman. He knows all about Nathan and "others like him". Nathan was going to kill him but stops at the last minute after listening to him.

- Peter goes to Mohinder's apartment. Mohinder appears to be nailed to the ceiling, but still alive. Sylar shows up and pins Peter against the wall and begins to slice his head open.. and the show ends here.

FreeDOOM - Fan created media for Doom engines, just grab this wad and any doom engine (that supports boom extensions) and WOW YOU'RE PLAYING THE GAME

To go with that, here are two random level generators for FreeDoom:

Slump - A SLIGE-based random level generator, customized for FreeDoom.

Oblige - Another level generator, still in early stages but already much more advanced than SLIGE / SLUMP. Is designed for Doom 2, but can be used for FreeDoom also.

Angband - Another Roguelike game, this one has characters and enemies based on Tolkien's works.

Angband Borg - An automated player / bot for Angband. Plays quite well, but I still haven't got a winner with it yet.

I've found some other unused rooms.

014 to 017 seem to be unused ability select rooms. They all play the boss battle music.

014 has Major Freeze, and the exit leads to Orange Ocean.
015 has Ice and Major Freeze, and the exit leads to Ice Cream Island.
016 has Tornado, and the exit leads to Grape Garden.
017 has Spark and Stone, and the exit leads to Yogurt Yard.

136 appears to be another unused ability room (Needle), despite the enemy appearing as a Knight. The boss music plays here too, and exiting through the door freezes the game.

137 is an unused Arena room, with the Walrus enemy. The boss music plays instead of the Arena music. You don't get a Maxim Tomato when you kill him, and the door leads to Grape Garden.

I went through those levels last night but never seemed to notice that they weren't used.. very interesting.

The level starts on Room 071. The "Normal" route goes like this:

071 - 072 (Poppy Bros. Sr, slow) - 073 - 074 (Clock, slow.. with an exit already in the room) - 075 - 076 (Walrus, slow) - 077 - 078 (Bonkers, slow) - 079 - 07A (Bug, slow) - 07B - 07C (Bugzzy, slow) - 07D - 07E (Lion, slow) - 08D

The "Secret" route goes like this:

071 - 085 (Bonkers, fast) - 086 - 087 (Bug, fast) - 088 - 089 (Bugzzy, fast) - 08A - 08B (Lion, fast) - 08C (1-Up room) - 08D

The unused rooms are these:

07F (Poppy Bros Sr, fast.. with an exit already in the room) - 080 - 081 (Clock, fast) - 082 - 083 (Walrus, fast.. with an exit already in the room) - 084

The door in 084 leads to 085.. so the "Secret" route should have been this:

07F (Poppy Bros Sr, fast.. with an exit already in the room) - 080 - 081 (Clock, fast) - 082 - 083 (Walrus, fast.. with an exit already in the room) - 084 - 085 (Bonkers, fast) - 086 - 087 (Bug, fast) - 088 - 089 (Bugzzy, fast) - 08A - 08B (Lion, fast) - 08C (1-Up room) - 08D

The secret door in 071 should have went to 07F instead of 085.. whether this is a mistake or done on purpose, I have no idea.

The code is 113-840.

I found it many years back when I was messing with a Gameshark, but I can't remember exactly how I did. All that I know is that it wasn't obvious to find in the Memory Editor.. different values were used for it compared to all of the other "Kodes", which is why it can't be found as easily as the others.

And yes, it does say "SMOKE AND KHAMELEON ARE AT YOUR CONTROL" and unlocks them when you use the code. It is pretty pointless though since you can just enable them through other cheats.
