Text files for news entries is a considerably questionable idea. :|
I mean, don't get me wrong. A front page is a really easy thing to do. I hear one is in the works anyway, with magical pretty colours and readability, so it's just a matter of time. Then again, how many times has that been said before ...  |

This amazing song called Handlebars. It's by a band called Flobots, the album is called "Fight with Tools" I think. Unfortunately, besides this one song, the other songs on the album have a certain .. missing element, I think. They all sound very much like the exact same thing, and not nearly half as much meaning can be drawn from them. |

It was my one night inbetween holidays where I had a chance to sleep. So I just ate the spare candy that my mom didn't hand out. I'm cool like that, I guess. I was considering dressing up as a poor person whilst I was on holiday waiting for the train home, because I didn't look that far away from one, but I was too scared to knock on anyone's doors  |

Posted by blackhole89 Same here. About 8 years. Pre-2000 though, I used to get a lot of those old pop ups that would ask you to install god knows what to continue, and I was pretty naive then. However, it wasn't my computer I was using.
But yeah, really. Just use a little common sense, and you'll be fine. |

I'm relatively sure that not everyone here has settled on their final career choice in life, since there aren't all that many older users. I know Sukasa has a job programming, so I guess that's his, but my point is ...
What do you want to be? What do you have to do to get there? What are you giving up? Personally, although it's probably one of the worst uses of my potential (hey, I'm not being egotistical, you've all got it), I'm aiming for a job in computing somewhere. It's something I find easy. I can pick up pretty much any language in a few hours if I put the time in to it, I'm also good with the hardware side of things (never owned a computer that came fully built), so that's a whole bunch of jobs available. The point is, I could probably be something that helped people if I wanted, but this is easier. It's also not that hard to get a career like this, however I want a few qualifications first, so that I at least find it easier to climb the ladder. I'm also not giving up that much time, since if I put some energy in to it, I can get most of my work done fairly fast. (I'm in an Applied ICT lesson right now .. )

No, you can't. But you SHOULD be able to. Like, $layout in post headers or signatures should be replaced with an ID, so you could include a stylesheet like layout1.css or something. |
