Could you make that margin/padding/whatever making the page not fill the entire screen horizontally smaller/remove it?
I really like that theme, but that really ruins it...

Why is this in Help/Suggestions/Bug reports, this fits better in ROM Hacking/ROM Hacking Related Releases.
ROM Linking = NO, I would suggest you remove that and upload an IPS Patch.
And third <a href="link URL">title</a> to make a link.

I have the board font size set to ~~110~~90...

I really don't like the new video page, before, in the related videos I could always go find, say, I was watching a let's play, the next part, but now I can't for some reason.
Also, the 'new' profile pages are so slow when I want to look for another video when one is playing, I see nothing wrong with the old one...

Why not just set a class for the bars for admins?
You would be able to easily style it with CSS.
Kinda like on NN, but only for admins.

Blue doesn't fit to red in my opinion

Another thing: I added an EXP bar to my layout, which also changes color

...My layout is getting to be quite a CSS bomb...

Parameters:
id = User id
bar = enable EXP bar
isnn = If set to true, use alternate classes
...So yeah...
Edit: Edited the quotes a bit, do they look good?

Well, my case is worse, on my main computer everything is fine except browsing the web (note that Gmail still works), so I have to use a fucking laggy IE8 on a laptop

Just install Opera on a flash drive or something

Well... As far as I know (Tat is, not a lot)...
You need to know how the game works (Where stuff is in the ROM, etc)
And you need to know how to program.
